Fully renovated apartment, new and equipped with every comfort. Excellent cleanliness. Access by smartphone very comfortable and efficient. Central area near bars, restaurants and the historic center. You can move around comfortably on foot but the hosts give you the opportunity to apply for the ZTL in order to park nearby. Highly recommended

Alessandro and his associates were very responsive and helpful. We were happy to stay in their clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located near the Lamborghini factory and museum.

Elisabetta was super kind and a really great host! She always made sure everything was in order and responded promptly if I had any questions. The room is very nice, well arranged and although it is not very large, there is really everything you need – nothing is missing! There's also air conditioning, perfect now that it's hot in the summer. It is ideal if you are traveling alone: you feel safe and comfortable. The apartment is located in a very central area, very convenient for exploring the city. There are many beautiful restaurants and bars in the area, and the Duomo is just a 2-minute walk away. Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Great place. Cool in hot weather, and quiet…but really easy to get into Bologna on the train from the station round the corner. Really nicely decorated too. Federica was really friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!
