Con la linea del Lido dalla stazione Tor di Valle si può arrivare agli scavi di Ostia Antica, oppure proseguire per andare al mare ad Ostia che si trova a soli 17 km

The Studio is close to the Sea and the beaches (also free beaches) and connected with a Bus. You can reach the Metro Eur Fermi with the public transport. The Studio is inside a tecnological new complex . From the house you can get the bus 066, and during the weekends the bus number 016f . Or you can get the 070, 1,5km far. During the night the bus is the number N70.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Fast WIFI, Netflix. Important: Tourist Tax (6 euro per person/day) already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Carmelo je divan i predusrtljiv domaćin. Smeštaj se nalazi na oko 20 minuta hoda od železničke stanice u mirnom kraju. Sve je veoma čisto i udobno baš kao što je i na slikama prikazano. Dobro smo se odmorili i pripremili za put kući. Preporuka.

Paolo's villa was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for our family of five adults. It was spacious, with super nice beds and linens, a lovely kitchen with coffee and extra water provided, along with olive oil and other cooking basics. The view from the terraces and pool are postcard beautiful! We wanted to visit Rome, but did not want to take our rental car into the city, so we stayed in Marino and drove to Augusto metro to park and ride the metro into the city. Then at the end of our hectic day in crowded Rome, we came back to our pool to refresh and relax. And then only 15-20 minutes to Castel Goldolfo for an amazing dinner overlooking peaceful Lake Albano. At every step of our visit to Marino, Paolo gave helpful advice about restaurants, grocery stores, parking for the metro, and anything else. He was an amazing, very responsive host. We highly recommend this spectacular villa for the perfect visit to Rome or the surrounding areas. We wish we had planned to stay longer!

This was the perfect Airbnb for our short trip to Rome! Daniele and Mapi were the sweetest hosts. Their home was beautiful, their dog was so sweet, and they made us feel right at home. They picked us up from the airport at a cost much cheaper than a taxi; it was that kind of above and beyond treatment made us feel right at home. The room itself and balcony were lovely and the hosts were beyond friendly. I recommend! Thank you so much Daniele and Mapi!

Wir hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit im Haus von Nadio. Mit dem Auto perfekt gelegen, Nähe Autobahn und Flughafen, ca 30 Minuten in die Stadt, auch die Strände sind sehr nahe, gesicherter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr ruhige, private Lage. Das ganze Haus hat eine Klimaanlage. Wunderbarer Garten mit Spielsachen für die Kinder, auch im Haus gab es Spielsachen - was unsere Kids sehr gefreut hat. Es ist alles sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Nespressomaschine, Toaster, Teekocher, gut ausgestattete Küche und Bäder. Nadio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er antwortet sehr schnell. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Rom reisen mit dem Auto, dann würden wie auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Grazie per tutti Nadio.

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub von sechs Tagen genutzt. An einigen Tagen sind wir von hier aus mit dem Mietwagen zur Metro-Station Laurentina gefahren, um Rom zu erkunden. Wir sind von hier aus aber auch in den Süden auf den Monte Circeo zum Wandern. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen kann man wunderbar die Ostia Antica erkunden. Zwei Mal haben wir den Grill genutzt. Jeden Abend sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer gelaufen. Auch, dass es nur 2-3 Gehminuten zu einem kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und einem Bäcker sind, haben wir sehr geschätzt. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt Fliegengitter und richtige Rollläden, um die Räume zu verdunkeln. Den kleinen Tisch im Essbereich kann man ausziehen. Mit dem Auto durch das Tor hindurch ist es etwas eng, aber wir haben es dennoch jeden Tag gern dort im Innern geparkt. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns immer mit Rat und Tag zur Seite und haben sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Soggiorno breve ma intenso: un’esperienza che raccomando assolutamente! L’appartamento si trova a 10 minuti dall’uscita 28 del Raccordo ed è stata molto utile la posizione inviata da Mari. È molto più bello che in foto: spazioso, accogliente e arredato con gusto e cura, con un livello di pulizia eccellente. Tante le accortezze che ho trovato in casa: dalle singole mono porzioni di benvenuto, all’acqua e prosecco in frigo, a tutti i prodotti aggiuntivi in bagno! L’accoglienza, poi, è stata calorosa e cordiale oltre le aspettative: Mari e Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi, sembrava ci conoscessimo da tempo. Veramente un posto dove sentirsi a casa!
