We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

I furnished this house with all the love in the world. Inside is everything you need for a leisure or business stay. A large kitchen equipped with Smeg appliances, two desks, a bedroom, a bathroom and a corner lounge with city views. Our favorite part: the large library. A stone's throw away are the Holden School and the Borgo Dora District, among the most historic in the city, full of cafes, antique shops and the Balôn.

The apt is conveniently located in the city center, close to Porta Nuova Station, where there are also direct buses to and from Caselle or Malpensa Airport. You can reach by foot any tourist attractions (Mole, Via Roma, Piazza Castello, Valentino Park etc..). The apt is on the upper floor with an elevator. The apartment has air conditioning.
