Five stars with the an Asterix * Very spacious apartment located in the city center with plenty of dining options near by. *The first few hours were a little rough (no hot water, no internet) but Alyar was super responsive and sorted everything out quickly.

Были странные отзывы. Хорошо что не обратил на них внимание. Квартира просто супер!!! Новый дом! 5 этаж!! Вид на море и набережный бульвар!!! Фото соответствуют . Все новое и чистое. Даже то что был не в сезон, доволен всем! В доме на 1 этаже магазин. Рядом ресторан на крыше отеля. На против набережная, бульвар, чайхана! В летний сезон будет просто супер! Рекомендую всем! Большой балкон для отдыха и любования природой( на балконе можно курить). Есть паркинг у дома. Посуда имеется, утюг и фен тоже! С удовольствие приеду летом!!!

The house is really spacious and nice. All rooms have their own bathrooms. The pool, sauna and the steam bath were all operational. The pool was huge with warm temperature. The host was really helpful, responded even during the night and always quickly. The only drawback of the house was its location which was quite far away from Baku center (~40 min by car). But the taxis were cheap and easy to get with different taxi apps so it was manageable.

so the place was great , the lawns and views were awesome. the beach was like a stones throw away . pool was awesome . we enjoyed the pool and the house itself . almost everything mentioned was available . the only thing was that some rooms were not opened for us so whoever goes next time please communicate to get all the rooms prepped . Otherwise it was a wonderful stay , the kids had a great time cycling and bathing . the lawn was the standout feature as well as the responsiveness of the care taker . the area is quite and secluded away from the bustle of city ,but everything is available from the nearby markets . perfect getaway for large families or multiple couples willing to stay a few days and enjoy the natural beauty of baku and its surroundings. all in all we had a wonderful stay .

This was a great place to stay for our family. We have 2 little ones and wanted a place that had plenty of room to play and there was. The pool gets very warm if you want it to and the sauna works amazingly. The host was very responsive and very helpful when we needed him. Overall we had a great time.
