السكن حلو مره لاكن ينقصه مكيفات في الغرف ومفاتيح للغرف والا فيلا حلوه وخاصه ونرجو الاهتمام برشاشات المياه والمروش ومشكلته شبكة الانترنت ضعيفه في المنطقه وينقصه منشر ملابس ويبعد عن شارع نظامي ٢٠دقيقه وداخل بيت الحديقه كمرات والا بالامانه السكن جداً جميل وتجربه حلوه وصاحب السكن ووالدته ممتازين مره مره مره واستقباله جميل واسلوبه حلو مره

Thank you to Nijat and Amina for a wonderful stay! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and you really feel like they’ve welcomed you into their home. The apartment is huge and has two balconies as well. Right when we arrived, Nijat gave us the possibility to check in early for no extra fee which was greatly appreciated. Amina came to greet us when we checked in and gave us a tour when we got to the apartment. The apartment has everything you might need (clothing iron, good wifi, two toilets etcetc) because it is a family’s real home. It is also in a a cute and authentic neighbourhood where a lot of locals live and which is just a walk away from the centre. We enjoyed our trip very much!

Был 2 ночи. Бронировала компания, цена была не важна, выбирали в центре, через бнб было около $100 за номер сьют ( с кухней) за ночь, в отеле напрямую дешевле можно за манаты взять. Отличный отель за эти деньги, за всем ухаживают, все чисто, в идеальном состоянии. Уборка каждый день. Дали 12 этаж, вид огонь. Я приехал рано в 6 утра, и сразу предложили заселиться без оплаты за раннее бронирование и разобраться потом, когда придет менеджер. Менеджер пришел в 8 утра, платы не взял. Коллег заселили по такой же схеме. Рассказал про Баку и прочее. Очень приятное общение со всеми в отеле, все приветливые, говорят на русском (почти все) и английском (50/50). В отеле тихо. Расположение шикарное, смогли везде дойти пешком, и в центр, и на набережную, на конфорку, и смотровую площадку. Завтрак стоит 16 манат, яичница микс с колбаской овощами, жареная, с молоком, сыры нарезка, колбаски, кексики и тд, чай, кофе. Плотно, вкусно и с 5ю чашками кофе позавтракать без проблем. Рядом с отелем есть банки метров 200-500 и золотая корона, перевели без проблем себе манат с рублей за 5 минут короной, в банке выдали манаты сразу. Отель стоит своих денег, очень чистый, персонал отзывчивый, вообще Баку встретил очень дружелюбно, аэропорт, отели, на улице, все с тобой поговорят вежливо и радостно (преимущественно на русском понимают!), не ожидал. Приеду еще!

What you are looking for in Baku? Nice and clean bed with perfect airconditioning? A flat with special kitchen that you can prepare what food you like? A Bathroom with hot water and washing machine? A garden with kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables that you can take anytime you like? Different rooms decorated for different taste of customers? An area between center of city, airport and nice coasts of Caspian Sea? During our stay at Rahbar Hasanovs villa we found all these and many more. Mr.Hasanov is a real gentelman who cares about his guests by perfect way. His special chicken grill is something I will never forget as taste. In center of Baku you stay in Hilton, Four Seasons or which big chain hotel you like and enjoy time by ordinary way. But at Mr. Hasanovs villa you enjoy different tastes of Baku and has chance to enjoy same tastes that you can have during your stay at all those chain hotels. I advice you to try here. You won't miss something.
