A ház 34 m2: 1 szoba, 1 teljesen felszerelt kis konyha és egy 1 fürdőszoba van benne. Két főnek ideális, de igény szerint még 1-2 fő tud aludni a kinyitható kanapén is. A konyhában mosogatógép, mikro és mosógép is van. A Kisházhoz nem tartozik kert. A falu csendes, s mivel a völgy tetején van több pontjáról is elragadó a kilátás. A Balaton 8 km, a legközelebbi strand Zánka.
