Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Linens are not provided, so provide: - Towels - Pillowcase x2 - Duvet cover - Sheet cover of 90*200 x2 or sheet 160 x1 For the BZ: - A sheet 90 - Pillowcase - 1-person duvet cover There is a capacity for up to 3 people in the apartment. The bed is a pull-out bed that folds up to make a bench, so it is a double bed for 2 people. A convertible Bz 90 bed (Bultex mattress) for one person. Mattresses changed mid-June 2022

Lovers of nature and calm, come and relax in our small pavilion completely renovated in the heart of the pine forest which is ideally located on the dune that borders the lake of Carcans Maubuisson area of Bombannes UCPA (less than 1km) and Carcans Ocean (3,5km) in a quiet residential area without opposite and with its garden of 200m2 (adjoining on one side completely independent), very good exposure. Parking space in front of the pavilion. Ideal for a family and fully equipped.

Great stay in this apartment, perfectly located a few meters from the beaches of Carcans. The apartment is clean, very pleasant to live in, and stays cool all summer despite the heat. It's perfectly equipped. The agency that manages the rental is friendly and responsive, available. The only point of improvement might be to have a washing machine, but it depends on everyone's use. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be happy to return.

We had a great time in this little cocoon. Cozy apartment in a perfect location: only a few meters from the beach and shops. The apartment was very well equipped. Very good communication with Marie. Very warm welcome from Aziza in charge of the key exchange. In short, we recommend it and hope to return. A big thank you, our little family had a great time there.
