Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carazo

The lady that manages the place is awesome. And ordering food from the restaurant and having it delivered and waiting for you after a day of traveling is a very helpful tip.

The landscape and scenery were just spectacular! The place was so immaculately landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The caretaker was super helpful in getting us tours, restaurant suggestions and taking care of whatever we needed. The lake was beautiful and perfect temperature to swim in. We heard monkeys, roosters and tons of birds. It was a lovely jungle experience. The last night we had a major thunderstorm that lasted all night and we lost power so that was exciting and added to the full Nicaraguan experience. The road to get to the house is well paved, except the last 1/4 mile or so which was a rough dirt road so make sure you have an suv. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time. There are restaurants a half mile away that are quite nice with equally great views.

We cannot say enough about Casa Landi. It’s the San Juan experience with added relaxation. We look forward to coming back!

The home is even nicer than it appears online. It really was magnificent. The housekeeper Santos was amazing as we had her prepare breakfast every day (extra fee). We had a great time hanging out at the pool in the evenings.

La villa superó nuestras expectativas: las vistas son espectaculares, la piscina tiene un tamaño y una profundidad ideal, y todas las amenidades de la casa estaban en excelentes condiciones. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención de Dan y su equipo. Fueron increíblemente amables, profesionales, atentos y comprensivos durante toda nuestra estancia. ¡Recomiendo Villa Delfín sin dudarlo!

Words are hard to explain how beautiful this house is. It is very exclusive with its infinity pool and direct access to the pristine waters of Laguna de Apoyo. The house itself is impeccable with everything you could imagine and very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the coffee grinder and fresh coffee beans provided by staff to brew a fresh delicious pot of Nicaraguan coffee in the morning! I loved it so much I bought an extra bag of the beans! Another step further, the breakfast at the beach club with the option of them delivering to the house is amazing. Make sure to place your order early to give the staff enough time to cook and deliver to the house. The driveway to the house from the wooden gate is a bit steep so make sure you have a vehicle that’s 4x4 - our 15 passenger van barely made it back up. The host and all the staff members are amazing and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Stella Mar is a great value. We stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was spacious and very convenient. The location is also excellent close to restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We would stay here again.

Súper agradecida. Mike siempre estaba atenta a mis preguntas y necesidades. Apartamento súper limpio . Iguana es un lugar que llena cualquier expectativa.

She was an amazing host

Wir würden sofort dort wieder übernachten. Es war sehr angenehm und hat alles was mann braucht. Die Wohnung hatte viel Platz und die Terrasse ist super um am Abend den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen. Wir bekamen sehr gute Anweisungen und auch Hilfe wann immer wir sie brauchten. Nur zu empfehlen.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

I had a great week staying at Dunia’s place. It was incredibly relaxing and right by the beach. I was working the whole week and wifi was great - no issues with video calls. If I’m ever back in Maderas, I’ll be sure to stay at Dunia’s again.

Yhe apartment was nice and we enjoyed our visit. Walking distance to coffee and a restaurant as well as all the choices in the very close Galleria Mall. However the beds are noisey and hard. And the Gym did not have great equipment. Other than that no complaints.

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

This place is very cozy, comfortable and has an awesome balance of being modern, yet simplistic.

Great location on Rancho. Very spacious. Clean. Kitchen moderately stocked- cooked breakfast there every morning looking at the waves! Loved being near the pool but still being able to see the water. Balcony was great. Would 100% come back!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo, a solo pasos de la playa, los propietarios son muy amables y responden muy rápido cualquier duda. Para tomar en cuenta en el futuro, en el complejo hay 1 sola piscina para los 3 apartamentos, los propietarios viven ahí mismo, y aunque un automóvil puede ingresar por la calle, sí es mejor llegar con carro alto. Por lo demás, la estadía estuvo muy placentera.

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!
