Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capodimonte, Napoli

The best Airbnb experience we've had! Unfortunately, we only had 3 nights with Anna and Francesco, on our 4-week round trip through Italy. We immediately felt at home and would have liked to spend a few more days there. The apartment was sparkling clean and very spacious for us and our two children. The refrigerator was filled with food, so we could prepare a delicious pasta in the evening and were equipped for breakfast. There was nothing missing. We were also allowed to have dinner in their wonderful garden and use the grill! We will definitely come back and are very grateful for the great time!

Antonella’s place was just as described and pictured. The apartment is located in a very walkable area and there is a metro station nearby. We were very comfortable and would stay here again. As previous guests had mentioned it is a little loud outside, but it didn’t bother us. We were tired and slept well after our full days of exploring the area & the Amalfi coast.

We stayed in three Airbnb while visiting Italy (Rome, Florence, Naples) and Naples was by far and large the biggest apartment we had. It was more like a house! The apartment was centrally located to everything, it actually had an elevator (lift in Europe) as all three of our Airbnb were on the 3rd or 4th floor and not all had elevators! Monica's apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and had 2 balconies that you can step out onto!

We were so happy with our stay. The apartment is wonderful and very clean. Anna is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful. The location is great. We were very thankful for the breakfast items and the coffee. I really recommend this place. Thank you so much.

friendly warm host who was very friendly, the apartment is in a terrific location with super restaurants, close to the theatre and shopping areas, the apartment was very clean and charming with a well stocked kitcken , we have rented in Napoli several times and Luigi's is the best, we absolutely loved our holiday and Luigi contributed to this , thanks

The communication with Italia was great. She provided very clear check-in instructions complete with videos to ensure there were no issues. She was a very responsive host to all my communication even when I asked questions I could have found answers to in house manual. The apartment is huge! It is exactly as described and pictured. The house rules are simple and reasonable. She was accommodating of our shifting arrival time and was gracious to store our bags for a couple hours after checkout. The space was quiet and the area is a very immersive experience. Great if you want that. Overall a great experience and Italia was a great host.

Our stay went very well. Listing matches description and photos. It was very clean with coffee, sugar, soaps and shampoo in provisions. The village is friendly but beware very little transport but everything can be done on foot or with the train 7 min walk. I recommend the Resina market, which offers plenty of vintage clothes, bags and other items, or even souvenirs, just a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a supermarket 9 minutes away for shopping. The hosts were very friendly and communicative in informing us about the area and very responsive. Only negative points: the wifi connection is very weak and not very stable and the noise from the neighbors in the evening but it did not prevent us from sleeping. I would highly recommend!!!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

My friend and I booked this lovely little apartment last minute and we were certainly not disappointed!! Clean, cute and peaceful, it was just what we needed. Really nice local area with lots of fresh produce markets and the beach close by. It was so clean and the bed very comfortable. Any issues we had were immediately sorted with prompt responses from the hosts and quick action. I would definitely recommend - we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the bay and Vesuvius. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The driver picked me up from the airport, which was ordered by Rosa, which is a great and very convenient solution, especially if you arrive in Naples late in the evening. The apartment itself is great, with all the facilities to make your own meals. The cleanliness is at a very high level. and the WiFi works. In short: a great choice for 5 people with amazing service from Rosa. Even during the taxi drivers strike they were able to arrange transport. Thank you very much for an amazing stay, I will definitely come back to you

Staying at Ciro's house was great. I booked because I saw all reviews with 5 stars and that gave me confidence. The house was impeccable clean, good bathrooms and bed, and the instructions of Ciro were very clear. Having garage was very convenient. As Ciro also recommended me, I suggest guests to rent a small car, so that it's easier to park. Thats also recommended anyway if you want to visit Naples center. Ciro was always available to answer or to help with everything. So it's confirmed: 5 stars in all

We have had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. The rooms were very clean and there were a lot of private bathrooms. The communication with Alessandro went really well. He responded really quick and gave us a few tips about Napoli. The roofterrasses are great and we really loved this part (again sorry for the noise Alessandro….). It is located in the heart of Napoli.

The space is very complete, several household utensils, coffee maker with coffee, microwave. There is no noise at night because it is not a public street, it is inside a private space. The only thing is that it's on the first floor, so if you leave the window open, people will be able to see inside, but that seems to be a normal thing in the houses there.

Daniela is a good host and made sure that we were comfortable all throughout.

Sabrina was an excellent host, very responsive when we text her. Very communicative that make us feel very comfortable to let her know wherever we needed. The apartment was exactly like we saw in the pictures. Clean and with everything we would needed. Thanks Sabrina, we really appreciate you!!!!

Wonderful property, middle of Naples. Walkable to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet within the building and you can experience a lot of action once you step outside.

It’s really well located

The apartment is spacious which was nice after being in a smaller place for the first leg of our trip. Enrico has a lot of amenities which makes the place feel more like being at home. The host is responsive and shares a lot of ideas of places to check out and where to eat. It is close to a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Roberto was a great host. The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean, and he was always very proactive about our stay, to check whether we were having any problems or not. The location is great, well communicated and very close to a train station. Overall, very recommended apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's lovely apartment. It was just like the photos but even more spacious than we thought. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and was walkable to all the main attractions. It's a great place to stay if you like lots to do locally, or plan to travel to Pompeii or Herculaneum. The train station is a short metro ride away or a 25 minute walk if you prefer. Anna was the perfect host and one of the friendliest and proactive hosts we have had on Airbnb. We would definitely recommend staying there if you plan to visit Naples.
