I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Our business stay was great, the house is wonderful, the path takes a bit of a dirt road, but nothing that got in the way, there are no shops nearby, so we had to shop in São Roque. Overall everything was great.

Maurício was very receptive and attentive. The house is beautiful and cozy as in the photos. The space was also clean and organized. My family had a really nice weekend, everyone liked it. There was also flexibility in relation to schedule. 🫶

The house is a gem. Small, very comfy and complete. All very clean, smells and organized, the new kitchen became beautiful. the Neighborhood is undoubtedly a differential. there were immense peace, incredible silence. Easy access to the city by car. beautiful city. wellisson is very polite and solicitous. we intend to come again soon

The condominium is very wooded, quiet and practically inside the water park. The experience was well worth the experience. Very polite and kind host. We only have nice things to say. Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

Henrique and Mayara were very helpful. They flexed the time of the checkin and identified a problem on the TV before our lodging and resolved on time. The accommodation is quite comfortable, very cozy and had everything we need. They also provided logins and coal, which made our logistics and comfort a lot easier.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

The house and the space are great. The sand court and the soccer field are excellent. Really nice barbecue area. The fireplace area needs large wood. A bag of firewood is not enough because the place is too big. Overall, very top. We'll be back soon.

I had an excellent family weekend, the house is perfect, exactly like the photos, very airy, the pool, despite not being heated, was always pleasant, my children loved it, they had a lot of fun in the pool, in the game room and in the toys of the playground. Safe, well-equipped and quiet house. Gabriela is an excellent host, she responds quickly and very politely. I'll definitely be back more often.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is exactly as in the photos – clean, well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet and at the same time close to shops and everything we needed. Edu was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect.
