The apartment is super comfortable, well decorated, I highlight the good condition of the facilities, the linens and mattresses are of good quality. The building is quiet and so is the area. Very well located.

Really nice place to stay. Kitchen was perfect for our daily breakfasts since we were gone the rest of the day. Location is safe since there is a nearby police station 2 blocks down. Many businesses in walking distance. Great Empanada place just steps away that you can either buy freshly made or frozen ones you can bake in the oven. Gabriel was very communicative and made sure if we were ok and if we needed anything. Space was very clean & tidy. Definitely recommend this place to stay!!

Nela's accommodation is all I needed to spend a weekend with my friends. There are details everywhere, from the lighting and design, the heating in each room, all the necessary accessories, the full kitchen with condiments... You can tell that there is work put into providing a good service. When I return to San Juan, I won't hesitate to stay here again.

our hosts received us in an apartment ideally located in central quiet san juan and close to the nightlife. They help us find an agency to go to the valley of the moon (ischilagasto)in a word everything to make it easier for us to stay in a very well-equipped studio with air conditioning and which has a small patio for breakfast.
