Beautiful house, many other houses around it, but fantastic views.

The villa was simply fantastic and exactly as in the photos. You didn't notice anything from the neighbors and the surroundings were very quiet. Everything was very high quality and clean. The pool and whirlpool were also cleaned in between. Iva welcomed us very nicely and showed us everything. We felt right at home and can recommend the accommodation without reservation. :-)

Great villas private felt safe and a short ride to everything a+++

Very quiet place in the Friulian countryside, great if you want to explore the Collio area. The house has everything you need, for a short stay or even for long vacations. Impeccable cleaning, thanks Genny!

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and the garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to swim here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear party guests from other houses. This location is still absolutely recommended!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Luka and his gorgeous villa deserve more than five stars. The home is breathtaking, historical, and renovated with love and respect for the previous generations. Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing views incredible place to stay so relaxing best

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

Amazing and modern House, we could have stayed way longer and hope to come back as soon as possible!
