Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

We really enjoyed this spot. Easy to find with a vaporetto stop very close by. As a family of 5, we had plenty of space. The place was easy to find. Restaurants are close by but also easy to walk to everything. Host was quick to respond and answer questions. Check in was smooth - just text upon landing and they will meet you. We enjoyed this area and would stay again.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

Gostaria de deixar aqui nossa imensa gratidão por esta hospedagem que foi simplesmente impecável! Roberto foi um anfitrião atencioso, cuidadoso e incrivelmente generoso. Nos proporcionou uma recepção calorosa, extremamente amigável, nos buscou no ponto de ônibus em seu veículo, estávamos atrasados para fazer o check in pois tivemos um imprevisto e chegamos as 23:00h, nos levou até uma praça onde pudemos lanchar. Ele e sua esposa Rose cuidaram de todos os detalhes com muito carinho, limpeza do local estava impecável, tudo muito organizado e aconchegante. Estiveram sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar no que fosse preciso e respondia imediatamente. Temos Roberto como um amigo, fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem. Mesmo depois de termos saído, continuou atencioso, demonstrando um cuidado que é raro de encontrar. Localizado próximo ao ponto de ônibus que leva diretamente a Veneza. Lugar muito seguro, lojas e restaurantes próximos a casa, totalmente privativa e romântica.Só agradecer Roberto

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. L’appartement est conforme à la description Je le recommande

Le camping est idéalement placé par sa proximité avec l’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise ou aux alentours. L’accueil en français était très chaleureux très professionnel bienveillant de très bons conseils et toujours avec le sourire. Le mobile home était très propre ainsi que la piscine. Les blocs sanitaires sont propres fonctionnels. L’eau y est chaude. Le coin pratique et commun pour cuisiner accessible aux campeurs est très appréciable. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce camping.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Semplicemente perfetta! La casa vacanze ha superato ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e dotazioni complete. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per garantire comfort e relax, e si vede che c’è grande attenzione all’ospitalità. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Ottimo anche il supporto dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile, con preziosi consigli sulla zona. Ottima soluzione, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had an amazing stay! Stefano arranged our pickup from the airport and a water taxi brought us straight to the water door. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The palace was centrally located close to the Rialto Bridge.

Excellente adresse, un appartement très bien placé, dans la verdure, très lumineux où il fait bon se reposer. Et surtout une hôte extrêmement attentive à nos besoins, fort sympathique qui n’hésite pas à communiquer ses bonnes adresses. Un grand merci pour ces quelques jours dans ce Dorsoduro que nous aimons tant. Nous reviendrons !

Great location off the beaten path. SO many great places nearby. Great view of the canal and a nearby bridge. Thank goodness for the air conditioning, because boy was it hot in Venice while we were there! Highly recommend Elisabetta's place. I would definitely stay here again.

Maddalena’s apartment in Venice is truly a gem! We found the location to be in a quieter area of Venice, while still being incredibly walkable to all the sites. Maddalena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. The cherry on top is the view from the balcony, which truly left us speechless. Maddalena, thank you for sharing your place with us! We can’t wait to visit Venice again in the future!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise dans l’appartement de Jessica. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Jessica a été une hôte exceptionnelle, à la fois réactive, bienveillante et pleine de bons conseils qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Valentina was extremely accommodating of us as tourists, was full of information, and spared no effort to set us up for a successful trip. We found her recommendations useful, and really appreciated the cleanliness and convenience of the apartment’s location. Would highly recommend this apartment to a potential visitor.

The communication with Uto was great! We had a small issue with the heating and Uto and Nicola were very prompt in solving the issue. The flat is cozy and well-located. It's in a quite "touristy" area though. Soundproofing between the two bathrooms is not good: turning on the ventilation helps. The bedding was very comfortable! Overall a very nice experience. Noel, séjour du 12/06 au 19/062025. Ma première remarque concerne Anna qui a été très disponible et qui nous a donné des indications très précises. Très à l'écoute de nos demandes elle répond toujours très rapidement. L'appartement correspond complètement aux informations publiées sur le site. Il est parfaitement situé dans une petite impasse très calme à quelques mètres du quai longeant le canal (Rio de la Misericordia). En soirée les promeneurs parcours ce quai pour déguster un verre ou un repas dans les nombreux petits restaurants installés au bord du canal dans une ambiance de détente. Le logement très propre est très bien équipé, la literie confortable dans chambre suffisamment grande. A préciser, toutes les fenêtres sont exposées vers la petite impasse à l'abri du bruit. Nous pouvons dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. L'appartement de style ancien avec une belle hauteur de plafond, poutres apparentes est murs intérieurs colorés le style italien. Je recommande cette location.
