We felt very lucky to be able to stay in Catherine's beautiful gite. We were made so welcome from the minute we arrived. The gite is calm, clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the birds and the silence. The pool was a welcome retreat during the hottest part of the day. The many trees create areas of shade whilst the flowers add colour in the many different pockets of interest. We would thoroughly recommend Catherine's gite and would love to return ourselves one day.

Great stay at Yoann's, very responsive and accommodating host. The house is spotless and tastefully decorated. We could definitely stay at Yoann's again.

Nice and very functional accommodation. Easy to access and ideally located (close to shops and close to the Loire for beautiful walks). The host left us some welcome treats. They are friendly and responsive. We recommend their place.

Arnaud and Isabelle made us feel like family. Beer, Sparkling wine, juice, gift bag with snacks were provided to us. Toiletries, tea and coffee were available for our use. Beautiful roses in our cottage. A private barbeque area and deck-chairs to relax and unwind in the garden. This is the BEST place we have stayed in so far. Absolute value for money.

Françoise was a charming and helpful host. We instantly felt at home and able to enjoy the stunning views from the terrace Chinon is a friendly and interesting little town Trip to Tours on the train was great, parking has to be thought about. The station car park is rather small. We had a great break.

We had a great week at Kathy's place. The place is even prettier in reality. Very bright, spacious pleasant for a family with 2 children. The sweet birdsong in the morning was the cherry on the cake! Kathy is a very friendly and helpful host on a daily basis. We really enjoyed the interaction with Kathy and her little touches for us kids. We recommend this place to all city dwellers in need of calm and peace of mind!

A welcoming and peaceful accommodation in a pedestrian street of Saumur extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend their restaurant at the foot of the apartment! I had a great stay for a first time in the area 🤍 Would come back for sure!

What a gem! The Red House sits perfectly nestled in the picturesque, quaint medieval village of Chinon with close access to restaurants, shops, and parking at the bottom of a sloped cobblestone street. From the door of the lodging you can walk up to the fortress in about 5 minutes! We were charmed by this historic home and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and provided for all of our needs. Please note that the staircase to get up to the Airbnb is steep and uneven.

Laurent is a very welcoming and friendly host, the apartment is nice and consistent with the description. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Tours, quickly accessible on foot.

The accommodation was very easy to access, all the information was clear and well explained. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient. Host was responsive . I recommend it without hesitating.

Best AirBnb Ever. Finally!!! Alleluiah;) An Airbnb where people have thought of all the little things, we feel at home;) Go there without a second thought. Extremely clean, convenient, great bathroom, no limit on hot water as is often the case ;) Etc etc... In summary, perfect. Have a good stay everyone ;)

Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.
