A cozy, clean, tidy apartment offering two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, with all the amenities in a quiet and secure residence with several swimming pools. Your vehicle can be parked inside a few meters from the apartment located on the garden level with two terraces. We were a few meters from the Nao Pool establishment and hundreds of meters from Breathe, Oak and La Sala. Not far away you also have a convenience store where you can find everything you need. The marina is about a 15-minute walk away. We had a wonderful 4 days, it was a real change of scenery. Marco, our host, was caring and proactive. He always responded to our requests. During a future stay, whether with family or friends, we will return with great pleasure and without hesitation.

We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and very convenient with parking in the basement. The views were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Apartment is clean and well equipped, terrace views are beautiful. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I would like to visit again during the high season to enjoy better weather and pool.

My partner and I loved our stay! The apartment's gorgeous and modern, with a massive balcony perfect for dining and sunbathing overlooking the pool. The complex is in a beautiful spot on top of a hill, so the views are amazing. I'd stay here again.

We recently stayed at this apartment and it was exactly how it looked on the photos, spacious, clean, gorgeous views of the sea and perfect location! We will definitely be coming back here to stay again.

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Six of us just spent a lovely week at Maya’s place. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with beautiful water views. Maya was very helpful before and during our stay. She made various arrangements for us including bikes, and provided excellent dining recommendations locally and in Estapona. She made sure we had all the information we needed to make the trip easy, stress free, and enjoyable. When anything came up during our stay, she was immediately responsive. Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

An ideal location in beautiful Estepona. The apartment is super for a couple with everything you could ask for. Raquel met us and showed us where everything was. Plenty of towels, sheets etc even supplying beach towels. A fantastic shower. Fully recommend this apartment.

We loved our three-month stay in Marbella in this beautiful apartment located next to the Los Naranjos golf club and an hour's walk from Puorto Banus (very pleasant journey we did regularly) or 10 minutes by car. This apartment is very large, modern, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, very clean and well-equipped for long stays. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment has indoor parking but it is also very easy to park outside. A favorite guaranteed!. Carmen is the perfect host. His warm welcome, his many touches and advice to make us live an unforgettable experience. She ensured our comfort throughout our stay in addition to answering all our questions very quickly. My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Great hosts, really supportive and reached out proactively. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of great facilities. A bit far from restaurants but easy to get Uber or taxis.

Close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the train that takes you to Malaga, close to numerous restaurants, a large sunny terrace that we used every day and very nice service and quick contact from the apartment caretaker make us very pleased with our stay in Fuengirola.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with Lasse was smooth and easy from the beginning. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and everything feels brand new.
