Staff was responsive to repair our door that did not lock. Had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The only negative I have to say is use caution entering the pool. They used glazed tiles so they are incredibly slippery. I stepped into the pool and immediately slipped falling and spraining my wrist. Other than that amazing

I received so much more than expected. Everyone at Pine Acres went too above and beyond anything I could have possibly hoped for. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Bryan is Superman. Bryan's staff gives new meaning to excellence. if you want respect, give respect and you will get respect at Pine Acres. Pay attention, follow simple instructions, respect and appreciate.
