We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! Basso is een supervriendelijke host die ervoor zorgt dat je niks tekort komt en als je iets nodig hebt staat hij binnen een paar minuten voor je klaar. Hij is heel proactief in de communicatie en vraagt regelmatig of alles nog naar wens is en of je iets nodig hebt. Hij heeft ons zelfs verse abrikozen uit eigen tuin gebracht. Het appartement is exact als op de foto's: het is nog helemaal nieuw, supermooi ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De keuken is compleet, de bedden zijn erg comfortabel en de badkamer is heel schoon en heeft een fijne douche. Het terrein word heel goed onderhouden. Er is elke dag wel iemand aanwezig die het met zorg ontworpen terrein netjes houd. Het hoogtepunt is misschien wel het fijne zwembad. Er staan comfortabele ligbedden en parasols om helemaal tot rust te komen tijdens je vakantie. Bedankt voor alles! We zullen zeker terugkomen.

We enjoyed staying at Archistudio, so clean and neat, spacious, had everything we needed. In fact the beautiful architectural designs on the walls have inspired my son to be an architect. So lovely to have left us wine, pasta and sauce for us to cook up. It was close to restaurants, a Panificio a few doors down and close to the main Corso of the town. Sometimes we had to drive around a few times to gain a parking close by in the streets, but other than that it was perfect. Thankyou Francesco!

Mon premier voyage solo dans les Abruzzes mais sûrement pas le dernier ! Fabrizio est très accueillant et disponible pendant tout le séjour. Son appartement est bien situé au calme mais proche de la mer et de la montagne. Je me suis sentie en sécurité dans son logement et j ai passé d agréables soirées sur la magnifique terrasse. Très beau petit village avec un sympathique petit café sur la jolie petite place. Tout était propre et il ne manquait de rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Rapport qualité prix au top . Très bon conseil de Fabrizio pour acheter du vin chez un producteur du village. Allez y les yeux fermés. Visitez les Abruzzes, c est une région magnifique.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Soggiorno incantevole! Casa curata nei minimi dettagli con amore. Andrea e Serafina semplicemente squisite. Disponibilità impeccabile da parte dell'host che causa maltempo ci ha fatto anche anticipare l' entrata in casa rispetto all' orario concordato. Tutto spettacolare: posizione ottima per visitare i borghi e i siti naturali della zona, panorama sui monti fantastico, quiete d'altri tempi, un giardino meraviglioso con barbecue per le sere d'estate. Accoglienza deliziosa anche per la nostra cagnolina con tanto di ciotola all'ingresso e giardino interamente recintato. Che dire torneremo presto ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia ritrovare la connessione con la natura e se stesso passeggiando per i borghi incantati e dormendo col cinguettio dei notturni che fa la ninna nanna.

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Cristian ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber genauso wie seine Eltern die ich auch kennlernen durfte . Reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten . Die Unterkunft ist auch top , sauber etc.. liegt in ruhiger Gegend ein Lebensmittelladen der zu Fuß erreichbar ist . Kann die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen .

A Very good stay! It's right on the edge of the historical centre in a beautiful location that makes the rest of Guardiagrele easy to access by foot. The place itself was very clean and had just the right amenities. The only problem was that few restaurants were open in March but that may be different depending on the season. I would higly recommend it!
