A new built townhouse with two boutique apartments in the charming white village Mijas Pueblo. Apt. Coon on 3rd floor has its own private terrace. On the big rooftop terrace - which the apartments share - there is a pool (3x2 m) and an astonishing views of the ocean and mountains. The village is between Málaga and Marbella; a 30 min drive in each direction. Only a 15 min drive to the first of many beaches along the coastline. A few min.`s walk to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and "plazas"!

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Fully refurbished in November 2021, La Niña Chole is a charming countryside retreat located on a hillside above the picturesque white village of Cártama, just 20 minutes from Málaga city and the airport. Perfect for families with children, it offers a peaceful and secure setting surrounded by nature. For larger groups, our Boutique Country House Bradomín is available just across the way, and starting spring 2025, our brand-new Country House La Soleá will also be ready to welcome guests.

Apartment in Cortijo de la Viñuela

Beautiful 35m2 studio 800m from the center of the picturesque village of Álora. You'll have wonderful views of the village, its Arab castle, and the Guadalhorce Valley. A 20-minute drive away is El Chorro and the Caminito del Rey, and from here, some of the best walking routes in the area begin. The apartment has a separate entrance and direct access to the pool and barbecue. I live in the big house, across the courtyard, and I'll be happy to help you with anything you need.

Waking up in the morning and watch the sea from the bed and hear the waves break on the shore. Its wonderful window is the heart of this studio. It invites you to look and get lost in that sea, in that horizon that opens to your view. Breathtaking sunsets that you can enjoy by dining comfortably.
