Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. Super good, the house is impeccable, well equipped and close to two beautiful beaches. If you like people you go out and walk two blocks, if you don't like people you walk 5 more and have a beautiful hidden beach. If you need anything feel free to consult Gaston, a capo. I would go back and highly recommend it.

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

We had the idea of spending a long weekend on the coast with my wife and 3-year-old son. We chose this accommodation and we do not regret it from any point of view. It is key to have your own mobility, less than half an hour from Mar del Plata if you like movement, and a few blocks from the coast of Mar de Cobo. The house is surrounded by vegetation and there are no noises, just peace and nature.
