Apartment holiday rentals in Calvache

I really like the place, although having no elevator and going up stairs to 3rd floor was a little difficult . Steps from the beach was a plus. The apt is very spacious with balconies on each floor and a nice big terrace at the top.

Lugar bien tranquilo, accesible a todo. Muy buenas facilidades, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. Excelente comunicación y trato!!!

Great place to stay

Kenny is a great host, the place is very well located in a peaceful area to enjoy the magic of Rincon. The apartment is very comfortable, needs a few fixes, and it is very pleasant to stay and very functional. For sure would go back and stay to enjoy Rincon and the westernest area of PR.

Everything was great, oceanview and spacious apartment. Plus having backup generator was super helpful as it cover all the building. The only thing I would say it’s that some parts have wear and tear but the place was super clean. No bugs or insects which is my #1 priority :)

Great location, beautiful place right on the beach, quiet. The place doesn't have a pool and it won't get one since the government denied their construction permit, other than that the place was awesome and the property managers were simply amazing.

I want to comment on a previous negative review. Amaury's place is a vacation home used by a family. It has a lived in look and feel. Anyone who is a homeowner knows that there is always something to fix. If you are looking for a stay that has a hotel room sterility, this is not the place for you. After hurricane Maria, disaster capitalists swooped in and bought up distressed properties to add to their portfolios. Many of those properties are rented through AirBnB and furnished by Rent-A-Center. Look there if you find a "lived in" condo offensive. We stayed with Amaury for the month of February. The beach in front of Condominio Sol y Playa is among the best on the west coast. We cook many of our meals. We found the kitchen supplies more than adequate. It took one text message for Amaury to have a toaster delivered the same day, and a plumbing issue resolved the next day. The king size bed was very comfortable. With the windows open, we never used the AC. Definitely stay here again

This place is beautiful and very homely to stay at on vacation. Would definitely recommend and go back. Eva is a super host, very flexible, and responds quicks.

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

what a great experience! the unit was clean , organized, had everything we need the balcony and the sunset were awesome! it was a secluded place, I like how I spent alot of down time reading and reflecting also it's close to everything supermarkets,and they have a organic supermarket the coffee pot was also clean! most Airbnb has a old coffee pot that you don't even wanna touch ,this is one was clean ! my over all experience was well worth my money can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

We loved our stay in this property. Cozy, super clean, had everything we needed and a nice view of the sea. The host was always responsive and very quick to solve a minor issue with one of the bathrooms. Highly recommended for a couple or family if staying at Rincon.

Thank you, Rob! My family and me really enjoyed our stay. Our morning walks was peaceful and short distance to a variety of places to have breakfast, pharmacy and restaurants. As family, we mostly passed the time in the apartment by having good conversations in the balcony which has a beautiful view to the ocean. Great space for big families.

Rafael was incredible and the accommodations were even better. You have access to anything and everything you could need. He answered immediately if we had any questions. We felt very at home and comfortable throughout our stay. He also offered great recommendations. Already planning our trip back!

Excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Además, la ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo. El anfitrión fue muy atento. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería a quedarme aquí.

El lugar fue perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares. Todo muy limpio, organizado, utensilios en la cocina disponibles, camas muy comodas, área perfectamente tranquila y área de la piscina ideal para niños y famila. Tuvimos todo tal cual como se describe y más de lo que esperabamos. 100% recomenda y la anfitriona Marie súper amable, amigable y accesible en todo momento. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

El lloc esta al costat del poble, que hi ha restaurants, sovenirs, esglesia i molts colors. L’apartament no li faltaba detall, fresquito y comode Les vistes son sobre del mar i la platja, per mi es privada🥰🥰🥰 La veritat que molt molt molt recomenable Gracies

I LOVED Francis condo.! It was super spacious and with a rustic decor. All the rooms have air conditioners. The bathrooms are big and well maintained. The kitchen is also large and open to the living and dining room. With an outdoor patio. It’s perfect for a large group of people to move around and enjoy. The beach is literally the backyard and it has a good sized pool. It’s private and beautiful. It’s a perfect spot to spend quality time with family members. Francis is the most chill back and friendly host I have yet to encounter. Totally recommend! Thanks Francis I’m hoping to be able to book again in the future.

Such a lovely place. AC WAS MAGNIFICENT! The kids loved the pool, and the board games avaliable were the cherry on top. The beach is walking distance from the apartment and there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by. Wish we were staying in the area longer. Host was pleasantly responsive. Thanks again! 🫶🏻🇵🇷

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
