Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

If you come by car, you are in the right place, the fixed parking space in front of the house is worth gold in La Spezia. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants, old town, ships, everything is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right outside the door. Carmine is quick to reach and gives good tips. The check-in was excellently described.

Our short stay at Luca's place was perfect for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the main areas of La Spezia and the train station. Luca met us before check-in and explained everything to us. There was a bottle of wine, waters, and snacks awaiting us. Parking on the street was very inexpensive and easy with the parking app. We would stay there again! Thank you, Luca, for your kindness and hospitality.

Annalisa’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. She met us to check in and gave some great recommendations. Riomaggiore is a great base for a stay in Cinque Terre! She also texted back very quickly when we had questions!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

... beautiful location in front of a small Italian mountain village (opposite the church outside the castle-like village). The furnishings are practically thought out in a small space, without superfluous items and yet appealing. The location is optimal as a quiet retreat and for trips to the sea and sights: La Spezia 1/2 h by car, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h by car and 1/4 h by train (from La Spezia station), Lucca 1 h by car, Pisa 1 h by car and beach in Lerici 1/2 h by car. Hiking is probably also very interesting in the mountainous wooded area. We didn't do that this time and will try it out on our next stay. Since the mountain slope drops steeply right behind the house, there is a sunny spot only on the small balcony and on the old stone bench to the street. That's no problem with the little traffic and the totally nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable for 10 days.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's home in Altaganana. The communication with Massimo was absolutely top-notch - fast, helpful and welcoming. The home has a perfect location with an incredibly beautiful view. We'd love to come back!

Lovely area. Very peaceful. It’s a bit of a drive to go shopping but if you plan a little in advance it’s not a problem. Comms with Lorena was good, she is very helpful, check in easy. Nice house with plenty of space. Would recommend to friends

We were most impressed by the magnificent view, which gave us a great end to the day every evening on the beautiful olive terrace. The accommodation was nice and clean and the bed was ultra cozy, perfect to sink into the pillows after a long action-packed day. In addition, the small apartment offers everything you need - for the still cool nights, the pellet stove has served us very well. The bathroom in particular was beautifully decorated and very clean and also had a fantastic view over the terrace. Maria-Elena was always super friendly and very accommodating. We are already looking forward to seeing you again in beautiful Benabbio.

We had a lovely stay. Stefania explained and advised us perfectly on our itinerary. The apartment is ideally located, not far from La Spezia train station. It is ideal for visiting the 5 lands. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the amenities in the appartment.

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It is quiet, but still central. The check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easily accessible and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

Paola's place is in a great location and incredibly well appointed for a lovely and comfortable stay in any season. She has thought of every detail for her guests' comfort. Our family of four felt so at home here and found everything we needed. Paola's a great communicator, and I'm so glad we made time to visit her family winery during our stay. Her son, Francesco, provided a wonderful and intimate experience and even made it interesting for our teen daughters who joined for lunch. One of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy!
