Cozy two story home located on the beautiful Chipola River in Altha, FL. Perfect for a day of tubing and kayaking down the river, or relaxing in the Florida sun on the balcony while enjoying nature. A boat can be docked here, and you can fish right off the dock as well! You can call Chipola River Outfitters for all your tubing and kayaking needs. Just a few miles away is Marianna Caverns. We have a White Hawk RV on our ranch style property. It sits under a large awning, and is directly across from a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom with a large seating area. The RV has one private master suite, a shared full bathroom, and more pull outs in the living room, as well as a kitchen and dining area.
