Excellent hosts. We stayed for a week, during road emergencies due to the winter season. On the day of check-in, we had a very long day of travel, we arrived quite tired at 10 PM, and the hosts left us pizza and other complimentary items. They were always attentive to recommend places, transportation and assistance when we needed it. Easy check-in and check-out. The place, good location. It is a few blocks from the park, so it is far from the general noise of the town center. There is a covered coliseum nearby, which is the only source of noise nearby, but it is not a problem at all. It has a very good patio, spacious kitchen, an office chair and desk, balcony. Spacious rooms with closets. Everything is clean. Recommended place.

Great house with all amenities and a wonderful pool area and breathtaking views Janet is on site and is available (for a small fee) to cook fantastic meals and do your laundry if you need Host Christian was very helpful,courteous and had great recommendations I would definitely return

We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very friendly! Especially Don Alfonso and his family. We were made to feel right at home and greeted with coffee and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Even after additional guests arrived we were still asked to stay and enjoy ourselves and explore the property. We were treated to a special hike down to a wishing tree as well. Complete with hats, scarves, and walking sticks. Wonderful stay!

The place is spectacular. Close to everything in Andes and Jardín, while strategically isolated from everything. Adriana was always very attentive and responsive to any message or request.

It was a very nice stay. The spectacular house, very well equipped and clean. The pool space is very appropriate. The house is to be with the whole family and friends. You can do asado and spend an afternoon in the fabulous pool. The hosts were excellent people.

You definitely get a lot of space here. It's nice to stay in a colonial home right near the main square. You will hear the church bells.

The apartment was exactly as described—really nice, airy, and bright with beautiful openable balcony doors that gave it a lovely fresh feel. As soon as we walked in, it smelled super clean and everything looked great, which made a great first impression. The location is very central, right on La Circunvalar—a lively and busy high road with plenty to do nearby, from great restaurants to bars and places to go out. The only downside was that the check-in process could have been smoother. The concierge didn’t have much information, seemed unsure about parking, and neither the host nor staff provided any details about how to access the pool. We couldn’t find any signage or info about it in the building either. Overall, still a great stay in a well-kept, comfortable space—we just wish the arrival details and amenities access were a bit clearer.

Beautiful, modern apartment with stunning views I really enjoyed my stay in this clean, well-designed apartment. The wraparound balcony offers an incredible view, and the building is quiet, odor-free, and has a fast elevator. Great coffee, responsive front desk staff, and parking availability added to the convenience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the mall. One note for light sleepers: party music from the nearby nightlife can be heard until the early morning hours. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay!

From the beginning of the reservation, Lina is very attentive to absolve inquiries, she is always ready to respond the messages, she is a very good host, I highly recommend her. The apartment complies with the features mentioned in the listing, very comfortable. We had no noise problems, it is a very quiet building, very cool and bright. The area is central, you have a lot of options for shopping, food etc I fully recommend Lina's apartment. We will definitely be back next time.

Place was clean and well decorated. This building is very well located. Restaurants, bars and a mall are all walking distance. Having entrance with security personnel is a big plus as well although the area felt safe at all times.

The host treated us very well, helped us a lot and answered very quickly when we needed him, he was very kind. The apartment was just like in the photos. It was clean and very well equipped, the kitchen was complete and we felt very welcome. The area is very safe, it is right in front of a police station, it is easy to get to. It was a quiet area, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.

Everything is excellent, it has everything you need, a good location, you can walk around the area, there are several places of interest, the doorman is very friendly, the host is also very friendly, he answered any questions or concerns quickly

The site was as shown in the photos, highly recommended, quiet, family-friendly place, location, and amenities... It takes an affectionate to the apt to leave it 100/100; but to date it has a 96/100 in its habitability... I'd stay again without hesitation...
