Apartment holiday rentals in Calcata

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Central Rome- Pantheon is literally right out the window. Communication and check in were thoroughly explained by Max who greeted us and helped with luggage at the apartment. We wanted an authentic Rome apartment and this met our expectations. Until the next time

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per circa un mese e mi sono trovato davvero bene. L'appartamento è ben arredato, completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, e si trova in una posizione ottima: a pochi passi dalla stazione, ma in una zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, un parco e tutte le attività essenziali. L’host è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio, sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires, cet appartement est tout simplement merveilleux ! Tout prêt du Vatican, mais aussi à 5 min de marche du métro Ottaviano, vous pouvez vous rendre presque partout à Rome! À l’accueil, Gabriele a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer, fait le tour du proprio avec nous et répondre à nos questions, excellente communication! En terminant, que dire de la terrasse! WoW, juste wow! Peu d’appartement offre ce genre de « bonus » et c’est réellement ce que fait la différence ici, car cela permet de relaxer et aussi de profiter de la vie sur Rome et la basilique Saint-Pierre. De mémorables vacances! Si vous songez à louer cet appartement, N’hésitez pas !

The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect place to feel at home in Rome. Place is much bigger than the pictures. Location is superb and surreal. Easy to get uber and taxi. I’ll stay again on this place if I come back to Rome.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

If you’re looking for a convenient place near the airport, that’s extremely clean and well appointed and has the best host ever(!), look no further. This place was 10/10!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our family of 6 fit comfortably. The living space turned into a private 3rd bedroom utilizing the pull out couch. The apartment was clean, beautifully updated, and well-equipped. Anna Rita was helpful and very responsive. She even helped us arrange reasonable transportation. Would highly recommend!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Andreas was a wonderful host - starting from the booking until the check out! Everything was perfect for us and we were enjoying our stay very much. Andreas was always helpful and thougtful. He really thought of everything and was always reachable. Our stay in the Pantheon Apartment was very good organized and we felt very welcome. Andreas always adked if everything is fine or if he could assist us with anything. Andreas helped us storing the luggage till the check in and after the check out so that we could do some more sightseeing. Thanks for the unforgettable visit in Roma!
