The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

This is my second visit here. The first time was with my family, and recently, I came with my team. Josh, as always, is an excellent host, and his staff are all nice and friendly, especially Kuya Roland. The place is beautiful! I would definitely come back. :)

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Rocky bend resort. The ambiance is great , peaceful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing with family. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Most of all, Sir Jay was super responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

We stayed at Miss Noemi's place for 3 days and 2 nights due to our seminar in LPU. The place is so good, accessible to market and mini stores and ofc sa mismong LPU. Mabango ang house pag pasok mo palang, very clean and maayos ang mga gamit. The wifi connection is so fast to think na we are 11 pax and each of us has 2 devices connected to the internet. The place is also good for big pax since it is very spacious. The utensils is enough for big pax. I hope lang na meron pong malalaking pans na lutuan hehehe. But over all our stay is so good and Miss Noemi is very responsive to all of our inquiries. Thank you very much Miss Noemi! We will book again! 💜🩷✨

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! we had a wonderful time in santorini springs! it is fairly new and everything was as the pictures. Pros: -The pool was clean and warm - a huge place for 16 pax the caretaker said they can fit 32 - it was spacious - comfortable bed - all rooms has their own t&b - the caretakers were awesome! - it was fairly easy to find Just a quick tip is to come early so that you have more time for fun! You dont need to bring water you can just buy it from manong caretaker. thank you and more power!

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, very clean, and spacious, exactly as shown in the listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. The caretaker, Rhein was incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. The amenities and equipment in the house were complete, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Clarisse was also very kind and thoughtful, even surprising us with a welcome gift! The entire family really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The place is not only solid in terms of beauty, but also in comfort and functionality. Highly recommended!

We had a really great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The Patricia Mae was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was also great and peaceful but not close to shops and roads going there are bit narrow. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)
