We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the common areas were great for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a big family like ours or traveling with a group of friends, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

Louie' place matched the advertised description. The entire place is clean and cozy. All small and kitchen equipments including the toilets and baths are all functional. The balcony has the perfect view of the sea. The caretaker is so helpful and responsive. We'll definitely go back.

Veronica was super responsive to a multitude of questions that our group had right from the start. We were a group of people that included senior citizens, adults, children, and multiple dogs. This was the perfect place for all! She even went out of her way to help book local trips on the floating cottage for us. The place is just perfect! The pool is amazing and the caretaker Olan, was always ready to help with whatever we needed. Will definitely be going back!

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

Our family had an exceptional stay and it was truly our favorite outing! What made our experience even better, aside from the amenities, was the outstanding staff. We were a large group of 28, and they were incredibly helpful with everything, including food, cleanliness, and assistance. Although our trip was short, just three days and two nights, we managed to make the most of the facilities. Everything was so wonderful that everyone wished they could extend their stay. A huge thank you to Bernardo for making our trip memorable! My grandfather had a full-circle moment with him, which added to the joy of our visit. :)

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

Our onenight stay at The Cove House was absolutely incredible and left us wishing we could have stayed longer! The place is truly amazing and the awesome views captivated us from the moment we arrived. We particularly loved the aesthetic vibe of the entire property every detail seemed thoughtfully curated, making for a truly relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. A huge shoutout to the caretaker who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. And Ms. Shine was wonderfully accommodating, making the entire booking and checkin process seamless and pleasant. The tranquility and beauty of The Cove House provided the perfect escape for our family. We especially appreciated the early checkin and late checkout. The Cove House enough for anyone looking for a memorable and serene getaway!!!

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

Been looking for a place where: - There is accessible beach (my dad and mom are seniors) - there’s a pool - aesthetic and this place has it all. 🥹 My dad loved it and we all had a wonderful stay! It’s clean and has its own generator. There’s a housekeeper who can tend to your needs and a security guard so we really felt safe. Host is also responsive! 💯 Really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back. 🥰

The place really has a beautiful view of the sea from their terrace. Every room was clean and orderly, which I absolutely love coz I'm a bit of a neat freak. The caretaker, Dilapaz, was very accommodating sa mga requests namin. And there's no shortage of utensils, which is awesome! Ms. Camille is also very easy to talk to. Lagi syang nagrereply sa mga tanong ko. Kudos for that! We will definitely visit again!

The place felt clean. No iww feeling kahit sa CR and dirty kitchen. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our request for early check in was approved immediately. Few meters away from the beach. We rented a cottage nalang sa beach front para maka kain kami sa beach. Plus points saakin yung madami silang provided na hangers para sa wet clothes. My friends and I had so much fun during our time here in Handum. I want commend all the staff, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. We also loved our island-hopping adventure; the beach was breathtaking, along with the pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice and I love how spacious and clean the kitchen was. We will definitely book this place again. 🫶

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. Recommend taking picture of location map and contact info before coming over because regional internet connection is limited, otherwise home wifi is reliable.

We had an amazing stay. Ellyn’s place was nice and spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen was equipped with cooking essentials, the beds were comfortable, linens smelled fresh and clean. The place was just a few mins walk to the Palm Beach and Main Beach. The caretaker, Kuya Gerry, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
