Carla and Jorge's house is absolutely beautiful and has been very well designed. It's brand new and built to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need from frying eggs to baking a cake. Great pans, utensils and equipment. The living room which is part of an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is extremely comfortable and you have access to numerous streaming platforms. The beds and linens are all very comfy and they are also very high quality. The house is far enough from town to have a countryside feel, but close enough to not be inconvenient. As an added plus, Carla and Jorge are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've stayed in over 100 AirBnbs. The house and experience is right at the top of the list. We loved our time there and plan to return in the future. Enjoy!

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically what you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the jar on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is modern, comfortable, the rooms are large, the beds are excellent, the view is beautiful, you can walk to the center and the waterfront, everything is close, 3 bathrooms, which are appreciated, 😅 the kitchen is very well equipped and basic things in the pantry that save you when you arrive. The exquisite heating!! And Karla is super attentive to everything, 10 out of 10, 100% recommended And as a fact, there is a minimarket 4 houses away.

Linda cottage, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good communication, we were able to meet the dogs and share with them. Highly recommended.

The stay, wonderful!!!! I was with my 1 year 10 month old baby and we enjoyed it a lot... the apartment is very nice, it is warm and meets all the amenities mentioned and more! Since she received us with delicious snacks and even thought of my baby🥹 Nataly, an excellent host!

It was an excellent weekend, the apartment is just what you need for the couple, everything impeccable, very clean, provide an excellent host always concerned, The place where it is located is beautiful and quiet and by car 5 minutes from the center of pucon in short totally recommended.

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed. Cesar met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. We had a flexible check in time and check out time which made life easier. There was a washing machine and drier in another building which needed tokens. If you have a Chilean bank account you can do a bank transfer to purchase the tokens but it’s more difficult if you don’t. However, Cesar very kindly bought the tokens for us and we gave him the cash. Thank you Cesar! And to Alejandro for the use of your wonderful apartment!

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are also great. It was also very helpful to have a washer-dryer for our clothes, plus a dedicated parking spot for our car in a secure underground garage in the building. (Note that the garage ceiling is very low, so we recommend small cars only; however, there is also plenty of free street parking outside.) Gabriela and Sebastian are very nice, responsive and proactive hosts, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They were also flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would be happy to book this apartment if we visit Pucón again!

Very cozy and well located, we were 2 people and 2 dogs and we had an excellent time. The air conditioning is a great plus because it works for summer and winter! I went in early June and there was almost no one in the condominium. I imagine that in summer there must be a lot of people. Beautiful views of the volcano and literally 2 minutes from the entrance to Pucón.

The loft is very nice! Very nice location, quiet! Very attentive host! I would rent again!

Easy access to the apartment, very cozy and meets all the requirements that a couple needs to spend a nice weekend, close to the center and the volcano, note that the TV does not have updated movie platforms (netflix, prime, hbo, etc.) therefore they cannot be used, but rather youtube except for the step. Paula was very quick to answer messages and the pass to the apartment. In general, everything is good.

We had a great few days in the apartment. The place has a modern and very cozy design. Everything was clean, with good lighting and decoration, as well as a perfect atmosphere to rest and disconnect. The location is very good, close to everything but without the hustle and bustle of the center. It is minutes from some restaurants and supermarkets. Collective buses and buses pass outside the condominium (in the case of not going by car). Manu, the host, was very attentive and always willing to answer questions. It is evident that the guest experience is taken into account. In short, it is a place that I would recommend 100% and to which I would undoubtedly return.
