Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cala Serena

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft von Carla und ihrem Vater Luciano sehr genossen. Die Finca ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Morgens mit einem Kaffee unter dem Zitronenbaum zu sitzen, ist einfach traumhaft. Ses Salines ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Runterkommen und gleichzeitig perfekt um den Süden Mallorcas mit all seinen schönen Buchten zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en Sa Carrotja. Buscábamos privacidad y tranquilidad, y lo encontramos todo aquí. La piscina privada y la calma del entorno fueron lo mejor. La ubicación es genial porque está muy cerca de playas preciosas. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

We had a great time with a family of 11 (8 adults, 3 children). Everything is well equipped, clean and the swimming pool was a big hit for the kids (although it was still a bit cold). We had barbecues outside and there was also plenty of space inside the house to chill. Bedrooms are big, with each it’s own bathroom with bath and/or shower. Supermarket was closeby and the beach is just a short drive away. Would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen in the main house was exceptionally well equipped — we found everything we needed and more, which made cooking very enjoyable. All the rooms were equally comfortable and maintained a consistent, high standard, which we really appreciated as a larger group. A special thanks to Galina, who was always incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day, she replied promptly and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had — it truly made our stay even more pleasant. We really felt that nothing was missing. One small thing to be aware of: the property is located directly under a flight path, so planes do pass overhead regularly. It didn’t bother us a lot, but for very noise-sensitive guests, this might be something to consider in advance. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Ein herrlicher Platz nicht weit vom mehr (Portocolom) mit schöner Terasse und Poolbereich in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Topp für Radtouren und Läufe in die Umgebung.

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. The location and the house amenities are great, the neighborhood is lovely, and the views of the port / ocean from the house are unmatched. We loved the water access from the back of the house to jump in the ocean for a nice dip. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen and cooking utensils needed to cook at the house. The proximity to the rest of Portocolom was great, and our group was able to walk to any of the local restaurants with 5-10 minutes. Lola was very helpful with check in and very responsive to our questions. She also provided local recommendations for a variety of restaurants, activities, etc.

Es war wirklich richtig toll bei euch. Meine Freunde waren ebenfalls begeistert. Ich weiß, warum ich Airbnb so sehr vertraue, weil man hier auf Gastgeber wie euch trifft. Ich würde 6/5 Sterne geben, wenn wir könnten. Es war von Beginn an ein exzellenter Aufenthalt. Wirklich tolles Anwesen, die Küche war Mega ausgestattet, der Pool und Whirlpool sauber. Bei jeder Frage bekamen wir eine schnelle Antwort. Der kontaktlose Check in war einfach. Das Haus war so komfortabel, dass es fast zu schade für nur 4 Personen war.

Tomeu ist ein großartiger Gastgeber in dieser wundervollen Finca. Vom persönlichen Willkommen durch Tomeu beim Check-In bis zum unkomplizierten Check-out, von hilfreichen Ratschlägen bis zu steter Erreichbarkeit, fühlten wir uns durchweg in guten Händen. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine 4er Familie (bei uns zwei Tennies). Sehr sauber und vollklimatisiert, aber die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir ohnehin auf den sonnigen Terrassen rund ums Haus. Die erhöhte Lage der Finca ermöglicht einen wundervollen Blick und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Gleichzeitig gibt es morgens und abends eine angenehme leichte Brise. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Miquel and Pere were fantastic hosts, the villa was stunning and the location perfect for our needs. We were two families with children. The size and layout of the villa allowed us to have our own space, while there were plenty of social areas where we could spend time together - our favourite was by the beautiful pool. The marina and a beach are both a few minutes walk, and the town has plenty of dining options. Miquel kindly drove us to the supermarket on our first day, and waited patiently for us, even though we took a while! He also purchased an Australian adaptor for one of our party. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on hand with recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday, and would definitely return.

I had an incredible stay at the villa in Mallorca. Antonio and Joan were exceptional hosts—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived, and their thoughtful touches throughout the stay really stood out. The villa itself was stunning and immaculately maintained, offering both comfort and privacy in a beautiful setting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

The house is situated right above Fornalutx, connected to the village via an old hiking trail. We did not have a car and walked into town for groceries and restaurants. There are also many lovely hikes, which are within walking distance - Barranc de Biniaraix and Cuber, Cala Tuent and of course (Port de) Sóller. Make sure, however, to also spend a rest day in the house to enjoy the sun (from 9am to the evening) and pool. Sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of birds, sheep and goats was very relaxing. We will be back for sure.
