Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cala Sant Vicenç

Ce logement est excellent pour les gens qui aiment le calme et la nature. La vallée de Cala Tuent est au pied du Puig Major. On voit donc la mer (20 minutes à pied) au niveau 0 et le sommet de la montagne la plus haute de Majorque à 1436 m. Dans la nuit, les étoiles sont si proches. L'appartement est très spacieux pour deux personnes avec un grand salon. Les tours de randonnée dans le coin sont superbes. En revanche, il faut apporter votre nourriture pour plusieurs journées car le supermarché le plus proche est à > 1 heure en voiture.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

We had a lovely week i Soller. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each room had it’s own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals — we made a crepe breakfast and a paella dinner. We loved the garden and we sat out on the upstairs terrace to watch the sunset. We loved walking through the town to the plaza to enjoy meals and drinks and watch children play in the plaza. We also enjoyed going to the beach at the Port and walking to the next town over. The house was a wonderful respite from the busy town. We are hopeful fon a return visit! We recommend mapping to the football stadium and/or then to the school that is directly across the street from the home — in order to avoid driving through the busy center. A small car is definitely best. We had a medium-size Peugeot and had 2 or 3 issues getting in and out of the driveway because parents park up and down the street to drop off and pick up their children.

Wat een ongelooflijke plek is dit! Als je een prachtig en rustig plekje zoekt met een wonderschoon uitzicht, zoek dan niet verder! De host Mendi verwelkomt je hartelijk bij aankomst en geeft je een tour van het huis, maar laat je verder in ruste vakantie vieren (al is hij altijd bereikbaar als je vragen heb). Verder heb ik nog nooit zo'n uitgebreide keuken gehad in een Airbnb (daar word ik als hobbykok erg gelukkig van), en mocht je toch iets missen, dan was Mendi altijd bereid om je wat te lenen. Het terras bij het zwembad is ook prachtig, en vanaf einde ochtend heeft het de hele dag zon. Perfect voor mensen die een dagje naar het strand willen, maar verder bij willen bruinen in een oase van rust. De ezels maken je uitzicht compleet! Ook vonden wij het erg leuk dat je aan elke kant van het huis openslaande deuren had, met ieder een eigen terras met apart doel (zwembad, BBQ, keuken, terras). Daardoor stond alles heel fijn in contact met elkaar, zelfs als je andere activiteiten deed.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

Directly on the beach, hosts were lovely. Extremely helpful. Would recommend for a beach house.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. We waren met 6 volwassenen, 3 kinderen van 1, 3 en 5 jaar oud. De ruime villa en tuin voldeed compleet aan onze verwachtingen. Niet alles was even nieuw, maar werkte prima en was schoon. Cati is terecht een superhost. Contact met host Cati was prima, snel antwoord en actie als het nodig was. Onze schoondochter had gevraagd om in de villa wat versieringen op te hangen. Dit had Cati prachtig uitgevoerd en gaf een heel welkom gevoel. * het zwembad met een professionele kinderveilige omheining was fantastisch. Het zwembad en bubbelbad zijn niet verwarmd, maar voor onze periode juist lekker verfrissend. * de kamers en badkamers waren prima. * de keuken is prima uitgerust met voldoende pannen, servies, glazen en bestek. * de ligging is rustig, met een smalle toegangsweg. In de buurt van de leuke plaatsjes Pollença 10 minuten , Alcudia 15 minuten en het strand "Playa de Muro" op ca. 20 minuten. Alles met de auto gedaan.

La maison d'Ada est tout simplement merveilleuse. Nous avons pu profiter des beaux espaces extérieurs en famille grâce aux nombreuses activités mises à disposition (piscine, basket, foot, ping-pong, pétanque...). La terrasse couverte est très agréable et permet de passer de belles soirées. Tout est propre et bien pensé, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The pool was enormous and the highlight of our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were vast, peaceful, and private, providing a truly relaxing environment. Miguel and Sebastián were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and a thorough tour upon arrival, and they were very accommodating with our delayed arrival. They were always available to answer questions and assist us promptly. Can Picafort is a charming town with a beautiful beach, plenty of shops, and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Villa was also conveniently located for exploring other local areas of Mallorca. This Villa was perfect for our family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very highly recommended!!

Die Finka und der Pool waren makellos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und haben sichergestellt, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos verlief. Die Liste mit lokalen Empfehlungen, haben das Erlebnis noch besonderer gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank nochmal ❤️👍
