Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cala Ratjada

Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bonnix. The house & view are perfect. They supplied everything you could need for a week’s stay in terms of utensils, towels etc (check the shed before buying pool/garden toys) and the service, with bbq cleaning every day & a cleaner once a week, was brilliant. Super private & fuss-free check in/check out. You need a car to get around but super quick to get to Pollenca and alcudia. Not that we wanted to leave the villa much! We hope to visit again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour les enfants, le cadre de vie avec les animaux est vraiment super! (notre fils a adoré le dindon! ). les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Logement idéal pour rayonner sur l' île. Nous recommandons vivement!

Die Wohnung war sauber. Martine ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell suf die Nachrichten!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Beautiful place with a gorgeous sunset view over the sea and mountains. Very peaceful place to stay and felt homely. Glad I decided to stay here as it was my first time in Cala Ratjada but I felt like it was the perfect location and the beaches nearby are spacious. Host was very friendly.

Wir haben uns in der Finca von Monica sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und sie war eine hervorragende und freundliche Gastgeberin und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Finca entspricht vollkommen den Bildern hier auf Airbnb und wir haben jede Minute sehr genossen - sicherlich werden wir wiederkommen. Unsere Tochter hat es geliebt in den beiden Pools zu spielen & zu schwimmen. Da ich gerne koche & grille, habe ich mich sehr über die toll ausgestattete Küche und das Grillequipment gefreut :-)

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war hell, gut aufgeteilt und vor allem sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und 2-3 gute Lokale in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls sehr gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima hat die Hitze in der Nacht um einiges aushaltbarer gemacht. Einziges Manko waren die Gelsen. Also für einen nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

Das Apartment war wirklich schön, man kommt zur Tür herein und hat direkt einen tollen Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer und die Bucht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Möglichkeit ☀️

For anyone looking to explore Soller, Port de Soller, Fornalutx & Deia, this spot is perfect for enjoying the sounds of nature amongst the mountains, but also have quick & easy access to town. Upon arrival at the estate, my husband & I were quickly blown away by the picturesque property with a mountain range backdrop. This beautiful stone home is an amazing place to find peace. Joan was an incredible host, and the hospitality shown to us was tremendous. Yes, the parking spot wasn’t right at the house, but it’s nearby & only a brief walk. Don’t miss out on this quintessential Mallorcan estate!

Serra was awesome. Easy reservation and check in. Place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, beach, walking distance to park, market, and restaurant which was the best place we ate at during our month in Spain. Pool was nice and had toys and floats.

Die Finca ist superschön. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, gut erreichbar und haben ein offenes Ohr. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Mein Freund ist allerdings den großen Mietwagen (Opel Combo) den Weg zur Finca gefahren. Der Weg ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Mit einem normalen Pkw ( kein Combi oder SUV) sollte es ganz unbeschwert möglich sein. Machbar ist alles, nur eben langsam und aufmerksam. Arta ist in 20 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Die kleinen Geschäfte laden zum Bummeln ein und es sind 46 Restaurants zum Ausprobieren möglich. Wir wünschen Maria und Jesus beste Gesundheit und alles Gute. Vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehen. Wir haben uns bei Mendi sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt wenn man auf Mallorca die Ruhe sucht. Auch das kleine Städtchen Alaro mit seinen engen Gassen und dem sehr gutem gastronomischen Angebot hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küste und Strände sind mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge ist von Mendis Unterkunft wirklich tramatisch schön! Wir hatten vor wandern zu gehen, leider war es aber viel zu heiß. Wir werden gerne einmal im Frühjahr oder Herbst wiederkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir (Papa, Mama und Baby) hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser traumhaften Finca. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur war perfekt zum Abschalten. Der Pool war für uns alle das absolute Highlight! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei – gerade an heißen Tagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Badezimmer waren modern und mit starkem Wasserdruck – besser als zu Hause! In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer, ideal für spontane Ausflüge. Die Besitzerin war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wichtig zu wissen: Wie in der Beschreibung steht, ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich, um flexibel unterwegs zu sein. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die Finca wärmstens empfehlen!

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

We had a wonderful stay - the house is lovely and well equipped and our daughter loved playing in the pool. It is only a short drive down to the beach at Port de Soller and well-located for trips to Deia. Thank you Jose!

We loved staying at Estefanía's place. The location was in a peacful area about 15 minutes to the beaches in Alcúdia and only five minutes from the stores in Sa Pobla. We especially loved the pool and the AC. We did have to buy soap, trash bags, and other things but it wasn't a big deal. We did have issues with the wifi with three people working remotely and it cut in and out occasionally, even with that, we'd recommend the beautiful house.

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend von Sollér. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und das Haus ist sehr schön mit allem, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet, das haben wir so nicht erwartet. Der einzige kleine Nachteil des Hauses ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, aber das ist auch offen kommuniziert und sollte einem vorher bewusst sein. Stephan war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte super Tipps und antwortet meist innerhalb weniger Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ☺️
