This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Yana’s place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Yana was a kind host and called us a taxi early in the morning to take us to the airport. She was responsive and patient, even though we did not answer her as promptly as she answered us. Overall a stay with very good value, would recommend to others!

We had a few fantastic days in Mallorca. The house is exactly as in the pictures and is very large, clean and a few minutes walk away is the beach, shops, restaurants and a bus stop. In Can Pastilla, we rented electric bikes, the route to Palma along the beach was great and very beautiful. We had read in other reviews about the planes and they were indeed present, but at night it was quiet. The owner responded quickly to our questions. The house is definitely recommended for large groups!

Simple and quiet room

I had a really great stay here. For my first solo trip and first trip without my kids I really enjoyed staying here. It was really quiet and peaceful and exactly what I needed. She greeted me as I got in and was always so nice and pleasant. Always offered me coffee and or something to eat. I came home one day and I told her I was hot and soon after she came and gave me a bowl of ice cream to cool me down which I thought was really thoughtful and sweet. The cat cuddles were a plus. The location was also ideal because it was 5 mins or less from the main bus stops, 20 min walk from the cathedral and 25-30 min walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. I definitely would stay here again.

The bedroom is totally cute, lovingly furnished and very inviting - much nicer than in the photos. The view from the window to a courtyard opposite the street with a palm tree made the room extremely comfortable. Even though the room was not big enough for a seat next to the bed, the bright materials made it feel airy and larger than it was. The bed was very comfortable. The spacious and also very bright bathroom was very clean and also very lovingly equipped with furniture and furnishings. The facility was exactly as described.
