Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach, and right across the street from a supermarket and two restaurants. We rented a car, but ended up walking most places. There are great beach toys and inflatables in the garage that we were able to use, my kid was very happy. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Wir waren für 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Valentina und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage rund um die Wohnung war äußerst gepflegt, sodass wir gerne einige Nachmittag am Pool verbracht haben. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Valentia war super angenehm und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lediglich die Matratze war für meinen Freund ein wenig zu hart aber das ist persönlicher Geschmack. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 🫶

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île). We’ve just returned from our stay at Valérie’s villa, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The entire place was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, well-equipped, and had everything we needed and more. You can really tell how much care and attention has gone into making it a special place. Valérie was an incredible host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and stress-free. We all had the best time and will definitely be back!

The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spectacular view, comfortable beds and bathrooms, very quiet area, well equipped and close to many beautiful beaches. Oliver is friendly and responds promptly. I recommend it.

Loved our stay at Mario’s place. The apartment is walkable to the main strip and backs on to a gorgeous hike to a castle on a nature reserve. Mario was very helpful and kindly responded to all of our questions about the area. The apartment was clean, as described and stocked with bits needed for a short trip. Would stay again! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

From booking to arrival, very friendly and helpful. I messaged Simona that it was my granddaughter’s 18th birthday whilst staying at the apartment. On arrival apartment was decked out with balloons & decorations. Fantastic. Anna was extremely helpful and kind during our stay and the staff in the cafeteria were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault anything, it is a beautiful apartment and the location with the views are stunning. We will be back. Thankyou Anna and Simona.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Bucht und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar und somit ein riesiger Vorteil mit der Familie. Es gibt sogar ein Sub, Luftmatratzen und Schwimmzubehör in der Garage. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.

Modernes, helles, großzügig geschnittenes Haus. Der eigene Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Ein Sandstrand ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch ein paar versteckte Buchten mit türkisfarbenem Wasser können mit einem Spaziergang erreicht werden. Eine absolute Empfehlung sind auch die Drachenhöhlen in Porto Cristo (am besten vorher einen Timeslot buchen). Wermutstropfen ist die Müllabfuhr, die jeden (!) Tag gegen 1 Uhr nachts und 7 Uhr morgens die vor dem Haus befindlichen Container leert...

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!
