Another excellent stay at Maria's apartment! Everything needed for a long stay including beach items- beach is only 200m or 10 minutes walk away- lots of cafes, restaurants close by, and supermarkets. I can highly recommend the accommodation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we'd love to come back!!

We stayed at the apartment in June. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is clean, tidy. There is more than enough dishes. The feedback is excellent. Shops, cafes, and the sea are within easy reach. I definitely recommend it.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

the apartment is great. It is very well equipped and very clean. The location is unbeatable. Guillermo was very nice, he sent us the location, photos and Ivan, the guy who attended to us when we arrived, was very nice and explained everything very well. If I return to Benidorm, I hope to be able to book it again

The apartment is located in a good neighborhood, with a private, secured area. The building is relatively new. You can hear the neighbors, but we didn’t spend much time at home. A big plus is the private garage and the shared pool on the property. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment actually looks better than in the photos—everything we needed was there, and cooking was easy and convenient. We liked it so much that we wanted to change our plans and stay for another week, but unfortunately, the apartment was booked until the end of summer. Would I like to come back? Definitely yes. **Not about the apartment**: Be cautious and don’t leave your belongings unattended, not at the beach or anywhere else. I witnessed an incident in Valencia where someone had their phone stolen from their bag at the beach.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Spend Holy Week with my partner. The area is very quiet and the apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has everything you need to spend your stay with all the comforts. The host is fabulous, good service and welcome top 👌👌

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Nice and neat environment

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

Me and my friends have just got back home after staying at antonio’s apartment. it was the most gorgeous, nicest and cleanest place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in a lot of air b n b’s. We felt very safe and it was in a perfect spot for us.Antonio was very communicative and we felt like we could message him with any questions we had, he was very friendly and check in with him was so easy.We really enjoyed our holiday and can’t thank you enough for letting us stay especially for the price.Thank you!☺️
