In Spain, a cozy restored house with a patio

The house is a 1930 property, fully restored, respecting part of the old elements, carpentry, vigueria ... It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the forts surrounding the city It is located in a sailor, fisherman and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. Bus and train station are also very close. Very good. Easy parking.

The property is located in the fishing port of Saint Lucia. A few meters from it there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, press, as well as various bars and restaurants. The historic city centre can be reached by walking along the Paseo Marítimo in 10-15 minutes. Cala Cortina beach is a 5 minute drive, though it can also be accessed via a newly built promenade, which skirts the city's harbor.

Pierre is a great host, he recommended and took us to see charming places, to have a great time during the stay, he showed us new and entertaining games, he was always in a good mood and willing, he gave us some bikes to be able to tour the beaches and nearby places, he took us to El Puerto, El Faro, to Calblanque, we went hiking, he gave us a scooter and we toured the Mar Menor, we didn't have enough days to do more things, the room with air conditioning and fan, good lighting, the bathroom is clean and spacious, you have space in the fridge and a piece of furniture to leave your food and cook there, there is a lemon tree and always in the fridge there are lemon juice cubes just for this summer, it's great! We are delighted and amazed with so many unique spaces, we will definitely return, thank you very much Pierre❤️

I spent two weeks in Daniel's apartment in Puerte de Mazarro and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very bright, clean and well equipped - nothing is missing. The view of the harbor and the bay is particularly impressive, which you can enjoy thanks to the large windows that can be opened completely, some even from the bed and the bathroom. Several small stairs lead to the different living areas - for me with a new knee joint it is doable, but you should be aware of it. The location on the mountain offers a great view, but also the need for a car. There is also a footpath to the harbor, but with many stairs. The host was available at all times and very helpful. I can fully recommend the apartment!

Great! Antonio was attentive throughout the process and recommended very good places to dine. It is true that the streets where the apartment is located are average, but it is in the heart of Cartagena, you can walk almost everywhere and although the streets caused us some discomfort, the truth is that we had no problems with anyone. Thank you Antonio!

Jose is a unique and fantastic host! Communication is great at all times of the reservation and stay, super fast and clear and Jose is super friendly, gives very good advice to get to know Cartagena well and makes his guests feel at home. Thank you Jose for a fantastic stay in Cartagena. The accommodation is centrally located and within walking distance of all the city's main attractions, as well as bus and train stations. The accommodation is as described in the photos and description, super clean and prepared with attention to detail for the guest. The value for money is brilliant. José is very helpful with all questions and problems and found a great solution even for my late check-in or luggage storage after check-out. Thank you very much Jose! I would book with José again at any time and I can recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.

Inmaculada’s place was very comfortable, clean and tidy. She was helpful and friendly. The room had a very nice en-suite bathroom. There is free parking in the street and a large free car park next door to the building. Great value- recommended.
