Beautiful house in an ideal location if you come to Normandy for the history of WWII. Excellent living room and kitchen with all appliances. Two bedrooms with excellent beds and spacious, bright bathroom with toilet. We were very warmly received and if we were to go to Normandy again, we will definitely come back here.

Great welcome from our hosts. The setting was idyllic, sitting on the deck in the evening sun listening to the birds and overlooking the pond was very relaxing after a busy and sometimes emotional day. We had come to pay our respects to those who died in the war. The hosts were not intrusive but there is you needed them and the dogs were great😁 It was an ideal base for our purpose and nice to come back to, everything thing you need in one place which we prefer. A soup bowl would have been useful 😃 If you are using satnav it won't take you to the house just the end of the road, the Canadian memorial is not obvious until you are past it so follow the directions given by the host instead and if you come through the village go to the end of the road and turn right the property is a short way down on that road not the Rue de Bout Reynard . We had a great time and would recommend this if you want a peaceful base to relax or head out from.

A small haven of peace in Normandy. We loved the fact that we could sit in the garden and have a barbecue, plus the setting is very quiet. The sea is next door, not even a quarter of an hour by car, and Caen, where we went out, is less than 10 minutes away. The host is very responsive by message. Mr. QUESNEL is a welcoming, friendly and respectful host. He informed us about the different shops and the festivities nearby. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and very pleasant to live in. We had a great time with the family. A stay to be repeated without hesitation.

Fabienne's place is very nice! The beautiful stone house in Caen is very well located in the municipality of Louvigny, a haven of greenery and peace! The interior is cozy, tastefully furnished with very good quality equipment. Fabienne is very responsive, attentive and flexible on schedules. We had a great weekend at Nicolas' cottage! The house is really spacious and very pleasant to live in. Nicolas came to welcome us and show us around the house. We really appreciated the little attention to our dog (bowl available and suggestion of walks!). We slept very well, in the quiet of the countryside. Aurélie's apartment is well located, easy to access in a quiet environment & it is really very nice. Due to my late arrival, the entrance to the accommodation was without difficulties thanks to the precise indications of Aurélie & especially her attention! I had a very good night in a neat & very cozy apartment. I recommend it!

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Wonderful location with very large wrap around balcony. We explored Caen and used it as a central hub to explore Normandy. Perfect spot for it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

The accommodation offered by David is tip top! Calm, breathtaking sea views, sunset from the "veranda terrace", a location 20 minutes from Caen that allows you to enjoy the city, the countryside and the seaside! What else can I say? An available host, and finally, a nice decor that adds charm to this romantic weekend on the beaches of Normandy! You can rent with your eyes closed!
