"The stay was a delight! The place is super quiet, cozy and with a beautiful view. Well private, ideal for relaxing. The hosts were super gentle and communication was easy and fast the whole time. I highly recommend it!

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Hello! Cris's space is a little piece of heaven... an indescribable calm. If you want peace and quiet, I highly recommend Cris's place. Beautiful and very yummy locale, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for puppies. Barbecue area, clean pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

Great stay, excellent building concierge, I stayed in February, and I came back, I feel at home, everything is very good, market and restaurants nearby, this time I took my 82-year-old mother, I have passed it on to my whole family, so they can also stay. I'd love to come back

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

We loved our stay in the apartment. We were in 3 people and felt at home. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, everything is new. I loved that there was coffee for all tastes (nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker and filter strainer). The towels and bedding were impeccable, and the apartment even had extra blankets and pillows. I loved that there was shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms, as well as the sweets that Laís left for us. The location couldn't be better. About 10 minutes' walk to MASP, and the area is super safe. It has a 24-hour concierge, included. I highly recommend it. Finally, I just leave the suggestion to the owner to invest in a door in the couple's bathroom. It did not disrupt our stay, but it is important for the privacy of those using the bathroom, especially if someone else has access to the room.
