Entering it is a bright air-conditioned living room with 2 wide sliding doors furnished with L shape sofa, lazy chair & flat screen TV. Connected with the living room and dining area is a modern kitchen with microwave, refrigerator & necessary utensils. At this level is an amazing masters bedroom with T & B. Through the stairs is a bedroom.

I cannot complain because everything was handled in a professional and responsive manner. The property caretaker was amazing and did everything to accommodate anything that we needed. He ensured that we were satisfied and did periodic checks to ensure that we did not have any issues or problems during our stay. Definitely a beautiful accommodation and property.

Awesome spot, definitely worth every penny because it's not just a home, it's like a hotel. They have super awesome and kind staff. I would totally recommend as a foreigner from Canada... definitely foreigner friendly, for a small town, the place feels a mix culture of western style hotel to Philippines style homestay so, 90/10 which is perfect for me. So this place is definitely a place to book. cleanliness and neat certainly play a big role as a western foreigner so, this meets my expectations.

Ervin, was a gracious host. We arrived very early in the morning and he allowed us to check in on a very short notice. He provided us with all that we need to feel at home and to enjoy our stay. Ervin's facility is perfect for a large family with very clean bathroom in every room. Whenever we plan to travel to Tuguegarao City, we will definitely book our stay at Erivn's facility. Thank you, Jana and to your caretakers! You were very helpful with instructions on how I can get to your place. I appreciate the recommendations and the check-ins to make sure I get there safely. Your caretakers are very considerate as well. If I’ll be back in Apayao, I’ll still choose this place to stay in. I loved and enjoyed my mornings surrounded by nature which is the opposite of what I get in the city.
