Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed.
