I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. We lived in this home for 10 years and recently moved into the house next door. We run a Preschool on the main floor during the week, but its empty on the weekends (Usually available pm on Thursday, through Sunday Afternoon). There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, which is the main living space. Kitchen, bathroom and a futon in the preschool. Great for kids, lots of toys and children's books available to use. Cat friendly inside and a 4 foot fenced back yard that can be used for dogs.
