The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is just perfect. All the modernity and comfort, with an incredible view. The person who greeted us was super nice, smiling and helpful. We were even able to check in earlier! Really the perfect place to feel at home.

I rented this apartment on Airbnb and was very satisfied! The place is quiet, clean, new and very well equipped. There are all the necessary dishes, nothing is missing. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a large mirror, the other with a TV. In the living room, there is also a large TV, perfect for relaxing. The beds and pillows are super comfortable — for me, it's a real plus to sleep well and start a beautiful day. Everything is exactly the same as the pictures. In addition, the host is attentive and very caring. There are even 3 swimming pools available, ideal for making the most of your stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

The space was more than satisfactory. Very very clean and nicely decorated. There was Nespresso coffee, a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, a TV in every room and fly screens everywhere. The three of us girls really felt more than just comfortable. This definitely wasn't our last visit! Thank you for everything!

Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. My stay was everything and more I was looking for. Marwan and his Mum were always available to answer our questions and very responsive to our requests for local recommendations. The location was great, quite , and peaceful, the last home on a small street that ends in the forest. This was truly a win, win location for me and my wife, I love to hike and the mountains. My wife love the beach which was a 5 minutes private walk from the home, we had a ocean view from the living room and the terrace.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

Yasser was a very likeable and accommodating host. The accommodation was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea, which is only a few steps from the front door. My children had a great time in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
