Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Laura's apartment is really small but it is very well organized: comfortable bed, perfect kitchen, very comfortable bathroom. Since it was a very hot day, Laura made sure the house was cool. We really appreciated your kindness and availability. Buses to any destination pass by the house and the subway is not far away. In any case, the location is strategic. I'll be back

We stayed for a week, since I went to Madrid for a health surgery and we needed a comfortable and quiet place, which was not overwhelming so as not to feel locked up. The place met all expectations, with its large terrace, large and very bright kitchen and living room, private bathroom in the master bedroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need. We feel we chose the perfect place. Although due to the situation we could not enjoy them, the building had a gym, chill-out area, swimming pool, solarium, etc. A modern and perfect building to stay in.

Our stay at Gonzalo’s air bnb was very comfortable for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great. Metro stop is close by to get downtown.

I am a remote worker and I was looking for roommate set-up with a private bathroom for around 6 weeks. Victoria and Alba´s apartment worked perfect for me. The bed, desk, and chair were very comfortable, and the room had AC. Wifi worked great as well. Additionally, sharing the kitchen was never an issue. The owners make you feel it is your kitchen, too. Location is great too, just 2 metro stops from El Sol. The owners are very friendly but also respectful of your privacy. The dogs are relatively quite as well. I would come back again! I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.
