Absolutely amazing house. Perfect for a big group or families. The house was perfectly cleaned by two wonderful ladies and there was always someone around to help if needed. Highly recommend. Everyone was extremely friendly and communicative and made our stay perfect.

Nice apartment set back from the road in a lovely green tree-shaded compound. The accommodation was very clean and well-supplied, with daily maid service. The compound is secure, with 24-hour guard. Housekeeping staff are always available. The location on the peninsula is very convenient, just across from Slipway and only about ten minutes walk to Village supermarket and other amenities. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! Location was ideal, safe and quiet. Host was friendly and facilitated an efficient stay. Clean, cozy, and fully provisioned space. I would most certainly stay again!

Stayed 9 nights with my husband (June 2025). Great communication. Got collected at the airport by Suileman (sorry if spelling is wrong!)..we had a hire car so husband followed us behind..would be very hard to find otherwise. We were greeted by Said and Josephine with fresh coconuts... the house is just like the photos. Absolutely stunning. Beautiful gardens and clean pool with incredible views. Incredibly clean..bedrooms were gorgeous as was the bathrooms. Everything you may need was included. Staff were so helpful. Said took my husband out to show us where to buy bread. There are 2 local supermarkets...very expensive and mostly sold UK products! Air-conditioning upstairs but not down..I was incredibly hot. There are fans but still humid and hot. All in all..a fantastic holiday. The beach by villa isn't the best..very rocky..but beautiful views from patio area. Watch out for bugs and lizards.. but that's Africa! A truly memorable holiday. We will return one day. Easy 5 stars.

The highest compliment I can pay is that this accommodation was exactly as advertised. The house is beautiful, the views stunning and the pool and beach very inviting. It is down a rocky dirt road to a private and secure gate. Not for everyone, but easy to navigate. Once at the house, if you are looking for a quiet, slow oasis, “away from it all” you could not pick a better spot.

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) Loved staying at Dullah's, he was very welcoming even staying up til 2am when we arrived due to delayed flight. The whole villa was gorgeous with spacious rooms, clean floors, pristine bathroom and crip sheets. The power including wifi would go off especially at night, we were prewarned and in Africa so didn't bother us but could for some. Dullah hooked us up with local companies for scuba diving and was full of recommendations! Could have communicated a little bit clearer on prices of laundry and paying for water as there was a bit of confusion but otherwise wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay in Northern Zanzibar. My family of four had plenty of space in the house and we really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets. I recommend!

Wir konnten eher einchecken und später auschecken, der Housekeeper Salum war einer der höflichsten Menschen die man kennen lernen kann. Wir hatten alles für uns und waren 3 Nächte zwischendurch in Kiwengwa… länger wäre für uns zu lang geworden, aber das muss man am Ende selbst entscheiden. Danke für alles!!!

Rashid was a great host, he responded to any questions I had within minutes. The two bedroom villa was booked so Rashid offered the three bedroom. The villa is newly built, and is 30 seconds from the beach. Housekeeping arrived the next day. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, and don’t expect to cook a full course in the kitchen. Great restaurants in walking distance without having to walk to the main road. I might be spoiled, but A/C would make this villa a 10 out of 10. I would rent again on my next Zanzibar visit.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

We booked both connecting airbnbs. They are identical. The prompt was even better than pictured. Many ig picture worthy spots. There is only ac on the bedrooms so the common areas do get warm. The house manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the chef he did a great job. There is a little convenience store about 10 min walk but other than that there isn’t a whole lot around. The location is an hour drive from The rock restaurant, stone town and the northern beach.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im traumhaften Loft! Der Garten, der Pool und die gesamte Anlage waren wunderschön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Ina und Msuli waren wunderbare Gastgeber, die jederzeit sofort verfügbar waren, hatten wir eine Frage oder Bitte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und diesmal länger bleiben, sehr zu empfehlen!

This place is absolutely perfect! Far away from the city to where you can relax right on the water, but still close enough to do things in Stone Town. Michelle helped to arrange our pickup from the airport, tours, and even our COVID tests to return to our home country. All of staff were very friendly and responsive, especially the chef with dealing with my food allergies. The staff also stocked the refrigerator with soda, beer, and wine, so no need to really stop and grab anything. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just want an experience, book the beach bbq with the staff. Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Toller Resort aus ca. 5 Villen. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Echt paradiesisch. Würde sofort wiederkommen. Der Service ist auch perfekt. 2 Mahlzeiten am Tag (hatten Halbpension). Bedienung immer verfügbar, tolles Essen mit viel Abwechslung. Die Managerin geht bestens auf die eigenen Wünsche ein und kann bei der Planung des Urlaubes auf der Insel super helfen. Einziger Nachteil: das Meer ist bei Ebbe einige 100 meter weg und man muss etwas laufen bis man am Wasser ist. Bei Flut ist das Wasser jedoch direkt vor der Tür. Also Strände hab ich schon schönere gesehen, aber die Villa und das "drum herum" machen das problemlos wieder wett! Absolute Empfehlung.

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.
