We had a great stay at the Pasta Beach Guesthouse. The space was lovely and clean. The free parking and walking distance to all Newport has to offer were an added bonus. Would highly recommend Tyler's spot.

Tom and Cindi were wonderful hosts. Their Airbnb was immaculate, very well equipped. Situated in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood you are close to several fantastic restaurants. The view of the shoreline is a few steps away with Newport and all it's attractions only a 30 minute ride.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We had a perfect stay — travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging but Debora provided everything we needed to make the stay comfortable (cot, high chair, bath, even cutlery!) and it really felt like a home away from home. The airbnb was spotless, it’s a good location in Fall River walking distance from a playground, parking was super easy, and we loved our stay.

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

We had such a wonderful stay at Gerda's place. Great host! Gave a lot of suggestions on what to do. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. I really liked the location being right on the Main St., but it can be a bit noisy in the morning with the coffee shop directly across the street. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic experience at this gorgeous apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially loved the high ceiling in the main room. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. We loved the area, too! Probably the best Airbnb experience we have had! Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

This spot was super cute! It was exactly as described. The hosts were also very responsive. They even left a little card and some cookies as a thank you for staying. Street parking was not an issue at all. Would gladly stay again!

From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Everything you need is within a 5 min walk! Shopping, the best restaurant and the beach. Everything was so wonderful, do yourself a favor and book now!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

This place was great! Conveniently located outside the city close to many T stations. The hosts were proactive communicators and very helpful! Beach access, hot tub, pool, local shops, it was the perfect spot for a getaway.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

This home served us perfectly. It matched the description and with the bedrooms not side by side, it was perfect with a crying baby in the other room 👶🏻 - we didn’t hear a peep!
