Stay at Juan Carlos' place is great! It's wide and spacious, love that there's necessities available to use if needed and a plus for the slippers! Had no problem at all with checking in, location is great as well and transportation as it is accessible. As per the host himself is very nice too, he's hands-on and will proactively be responding to concern if any arises. Thanks a bunch, Juan Carlos!

The place is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The building had secure entry which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like towels, and other essentials. The host, Rhea, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony—it even had a designated smoking area, which was a nice bonus. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. This is our go-to property whenever we want to relax and bring our fur baby along. Jeroed is easy to talk to and highly recommended! The space is also quite spacious, which makes the stay even more comfortable

Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

Allan's place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent partitions between the shower and toilet areas. The unit also features a pull-out bed for two additional guests, and a comforter was provided. The utensils, especially the plates, were securely stored. The location is convenient, close to food and coffee spots, Eastwood Mall, and Padre Pio Church, which is lovely. The only downside was that Allan's responses to some questions were often delayed, likely due to his busy work schedule, which is understandable.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

The place is big enough for 30 people. The caretakers were very friendly and assisted us with our requests. We also loved the patio and backyard which allowed us to host our team building activities. We only wished that the kitchen is bigger. There were also mosquitoes but they provided insect repellants and electric insect killers. Overall, we loved the place and recommends this bnb to big groups.

I stayed at Diana's place during a recent business trip, and it was the perfect choice. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable—ideal for both work and rest. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I really appreciated the thoughtful extras—there were some games and entertainment options that made winding down in the evening enjoyable. Whether it was a quick game or just relaxing in front of the TV, it made the stay feel more like home. The location was also a big plus—close to business hubs, restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to transport. Diana was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for business who also wants some comfort and entertainment after a long day.

My husband and I were very impressed of the unit. Immediately, we felt right at home with great amenities. So, without hesitation, we promptly decided to extend our reservation. and we appreciate the generous discount given to us. Our month long stay was very comfortable, we had abundant supply of what we needed, from beddings, toiletries and most of all we enjoyed the Nespresso machine with Starbucks coffee. Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.
