The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Our apartment is located in a quiet village near Leipzig, Germany. The apartment is spacious (97 m²) and offers plenty of space for the whole family. It is located on the second floor without an elevator with a private balcony. It is not suitable as a fitter's accommodation.

Located on a former vineyard, you can look into the green expanse not far from the Saale and the outdoor pool. The 24 square meters have been tastefully furnished and you can expect an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, an ethanol indoor fireplace and the experience of enjoying a hot shower under the open sky.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
