Holiday rentals with a patio in Burdur

We stay at Jūlide apartament for one week with 3.5 y.o. baby. We are frequently flying tourists and highly rates 1) possibility to enjoy privacy 2) possibilty to cook 3) enjoying location and staying in a quiet place. We found everything we need and even more at Jūlide place. Never we met such kind Host attention. Location without any doubts-you are in the centre of everything būt it still quiet. Great!

Place was very clean and location was great, close to everything and just a small ride to the city centre. Host was also very easy to reach, communicate with, friendly and helpfull. Will definitely recommend and book again!

We would like to thank Ms. Derya and Mr. Deniz for their hospitality. The apartment was very comfortable, incredibly clean and equipped with everything you would need. We rented a car and were able to park near the house without any problems. There are shops nearby, easy to shop for groceries. We ate at a cafe and by the sea, it was very close and comfortable. Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.

We rented the place for 4 nights and it was an excellent stay! Betül was very responsive and she helped us with local recommendations when we needed. Everything was in order so I didn't need to ask her anything. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation in Muratpaşa – absolutely recommended! We had a great stay! The location is great – especially for those who want to enjoy the nightlife, the accommodation is perfectly located. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and pleasantly air-conditioned, which was a big plus, especially in the warm temperatures. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very well informed in advance, and the check-in went completely smoothly. Overall, a thoroughly successful experience - we would come back at any time!

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very new, clean and tidy, with a reliable cleaning service that kept everything fresh. The location is ideal, just outside the busy traffic areas, but still within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

Amazing place, amazing owner. Can definitely recommend.

Ekaterina is friendly and quick to respond. She also has workers available on site, who may not speak English but are the salt-to-the-earth, and do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The place itself is highlighted by the gorgeous pool. Heated (although don’t expect jacuzzi hot temperatures), with 3 waterfalls and bubbles, long length for lap swimming, this pool is really amazing and left immaculately clean and me and my family we swam in it everyday. It has a decent sized outdoor sauna that seats 4 people comfortably. The house is private, and feels safe. It has 3 homes connected with two bathrooms each and an outdoor shower each. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance and a corner store. Groceries are a short drive away, or a slightly longer walk. Wifi is available. For the price and location this home was well worth it.

Good apartment for tourists to swim at the sea with during the season. Private territory is safe and comfortable.

The host was very friendly, we were able to reach them immediately every time we called the site is nice security is very good it was closed because there was no pool season, but the pool was large green areas, the landscaping was nice location is ideal if you have your own vehicle host tolerated our check-in and checkout times

Night check-in at Antalya airport, easy to reach from the airport. Close to the city center. Parking available. Great welcome while we arrived during the night. Water, coffee available. There were 4 of us the 2 bedrooms and the apartment was enough. Thank you for the hospitality and accommodation.

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

Mr. Erdem is caring and kind.. He answered the questions we asked quickly.. The place we stayed is clean and convenient as it appears in the photos.. It is very nice to have an exit balcony to the pool.. Those who will prefer can decide without thinking.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
