Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung abgebildet. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist traumhaft. Auf Grund der Lage gibt es sehr viel Privatsphäre und keinen störenden Trubel. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Grünen und kann mehrere Wasserfälle besichtigen und ggf. in ihnen baden. Wichtig zu beachten ist allerdings, dass auf Grund der wunderschönen Lage und der Ruhe eben nicht viel in der Nähe ist und für die meisten Restaurants etc. ein Auto benötigt wird. Hier werden Kontakte von Fahrern vermittelt, Grab gibt es weder für Essen noch Fahrservice.

The house was so nice and very clean. It was so nice to have a pool right on the ocean. We spent a good part of our stay in and around the pool enjoying the numerous views. We miss waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains. The house is in a very quiet and remote area away from any busy roads or noise which made sleeping very easy. I was blown away with the staff. Made is a great driver and guide and just a wonderful person. He was very good at explaining and showing us his culture. Merci was a wonder cook and was always looking out for us and our kids. Made and Merci really immersed us into the Bali culture and explained so much to us. Our stay fell upon the New Year and Day of Silence, which Made and Merci arranged our own blessing of the house, sea, transportation, and all people at the house! They are the nicest people! Bora Bora was a great restaurant with great staff and delicious food. Can't say enough! Looking forward to our next stay!

We absolutely love the Villa! Everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. It truly feels like home, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Une vraie cabane de Robinson Crusoe, on est plongé au cœur de la jungle. Le logement traditionnel est très atypique appelle à une déconnexion totale. L’accueil est parfait et le petit déjeuner est très savoureux. Nous avons passé un excellent, je recommande si vous cherchez de l’authenticité. Attention, l’endroit est très isolée, accès 10 minutes à pied. Toutes les pièces sont ouvertes, il ne faut pas avoir peur des petits animaux (inoffensifs) de la jungle…

It’s not a house or a villa it’s a perfect combination of 5 stars boutique hotel and an oasis . 4 days inside without any need of going out this how good and amazing this place is. I’m not a fan of reviews but had to make an exception this time. Thx again for your kindness

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Es gab einen Willkommensdrink, frisches Obst und Wasser zur Begrüßung. Wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt und in der Villa zwei sehr tolle Wochen verbracht. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, man ist aber auch schnell am Meer, bei örtlichen Warungs und am Markt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden immer wieder hierher zurückkommen. Wir waren außerdem mit unseren beiden Babys - also alles in allem sehr unkompliziert und empfehlenswert ! 5 Sterne 🌟

Perfect for quiet, peaceful stay with beautiful, spacious garden and huge pool. Two couples might feel cramped with just one bathroom between the two bedrooms. But a couple can really spread out and feels secure and private. Villa practical rather than premium, but no issues and all you need for an extended visit with workable kitchen, fridge and utensils. Pleny of room to park a car, although be aware access lane is narrow. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good value.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach nur super. Der Check In verlief problemlos. Der Gastgeber Ketut ist super freundlich und jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar. Das Frühstück wurde jeden morgen perönlich von Ketut zubereitet. Die Zimmer und der Pool sehen genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

If you’re browsing Airbnbs before booking your Bali ticket—stop and buy that ticket now, making sure it matches this Airbnb’s availability. From the moment we arrived, Wayan and his team had thought of everything—from airport pickup to having coffee ready with one touch before breakfast. The view and peaceful location away from the crowds were incredibly calming. We mostly stayed in to enjoy the serenity, but Ubud center is just a 30–40 minute scooter ride away—and Wayan arranged a scooter for us in minutes. The massages were fantastic and far more affordable than spa prices, and we had them poolside at home. The team quietly checked in on us throughout the day. One night during a swim, they noticed the pool filter needed attention and handled it before we even asked. Our beer was always stocked as requested, and every meal was delicious. Huge thanks to Wayan and the team—you’re all treasures.

Потрясающая вилла!! Невероятно красивая территория, джунгли словно из фильма, пение птиц по утрам! Нам понравилось буквально все! Уютные спальни, комфортные большие кровати, очень удобные матрасы. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, полноценная кухня с посудомойкой – что не часто встретишь на Бали. Все чисто и уютно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, девушки помогли нам разложить и погладить вещи. Утром нам приготовили вкуснейший плавучий завтрак, спасибо Кадеку еще раз! И отдельное спасибо за фотографии в бассейне, огромное удовольствие плавать в бассейне и видом на каньон. Вилла такая уютная и красивая, что совсем не хочется уезжать, мы вернемся сюда на более длительный срок 100 процентов! Это тот редкий случай когда фото не передают всей красоты и масштаба виллы! Спасибо, едем дальше на север!

We loved it! About as close to paradise as you’ll get, with fabulous accomodation, beautiful views, a variety of nearby (and great value) excursions and a lovely team to look after your every need. We rented both villas for our party of 15, and were able to enjoy plenty of together space (especially round the pool) as well as sneaking some quiet time when needed. Thanks so much to Karien and Jack for allowing us to invade their wonderful place, and to Widi, Sudi and team for their unfailingly excellent and friendly service. We quickly felt part of the family, and were sad to say our goodbyes. We would recommend the cooking lesson with Putu, the snorkelling trip, trekking in Munduk (beautiful waterfall) and the on-premises massages and treatments which were incredible. The rijstaffel meal, which we enjoyed on New Year’s Eve, was also a highlight.

I had the best family stay at Villa Palem! 🥰 The villa is incredibly spacious yet intimate, making it perfect for quality family time. Despite being away from the city, we had so much to do, from playing tennis to yoga at the shala. They have a private chef on standby, which completely took the stress out of mealtimes. A driver and car were also readily available, making getting around incredibly convenient! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, catering to all our needs with a smile. It genuinely felt like a true staycation, and I can’t wait to come back. I’ll definitely be recommending Villa Palem to my friends!💖

I have to say this is one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed in. From the reservation until we arrived at the property, the host was responsive and helpful. The staff greeted us at the gate and from the first moment until the last, they were helpful, friendly and kind. The chef was flexible and cooked amazing meals. Erik the manager is the best. With so many people things sometimes got confusing and he was always patient and kind with our group. He helped out when one of our travelers became ill, taking her to the doctor and the pharmacy. Really I could not say enough about how well this property is managed. And then there's the property which is unbelievably beautiful. We were awestruck when we first saw it. We thought it looked good in the pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice. The beach has some garbage on it as other people have said and that's true of many Bali beaches right now. It was still a nice beach to walk on and get shells. Overall 10 stars.

The place is amazing, you really feel super connected and immersed in nature, you can expect to meet all sorts of animals and insects! Each room is unique and feels carefully curated and designed. The pool and gardens are so beautiful and the staff are super friendly. Such a great location to experience rural Bali. Ita is so helpful and helps to arrange and provide anything you need or want. It was a great place to host a yoga retreat, the only consideration is due to some of the walls not going up to the ceiling you can hear easily in other rooms.

Our stay at this villa in Ubud was flawless. It felt more like a private estate than a villa — peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by semi-jungle views, yet close enough to Ubud and nearby activities like rafting and ATV. The traditional Balinese design was breathtaking, with beautiful art, lush gardens, and two stunning pools overlooking nature. Every detail felt thoughtful and well maintained. The villa was spotless, the flowers bloomed beautifully, and the sounds of nature were calming. The staff were incredible — kind, attentive, and professional. A special mention to the villa manager Komang who made sure everything ran smoothly and even arranged an early breakfast before our flight. We slept perfectly in air-conditioned rooms and weren’t bothered by mosquitoes at all. The entire experience was peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. I’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali.

Honestly a home away from home! Such a wonderful stay for my family and I up in the beautiful hills of Lovina! I highly recommend this home for relaxation and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas of Bali. Cannot wait to visit Lovina again

In a short word: 9.5 out of 10. We loooooved the place. We didn't go out at all from the villa. (apart from the dolphin watching which was also booked through the receptionist). We swam in the pool, kayaking, swam on the beach, sunbathing, swam again, kayaking again. Staff were all friendly. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends back home in Australia. It'll be 10 out 10 if there were more lights at night at the edge of the pool (bushes against the wall). But in overall, such a pretty and nice location.

Beautiful villa amazing location out side of ubud but close enough. Special mention to Nyoman our house manager cooked awesome breakfast and always went out of her way to assist us. I would come back again 100%

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir haben gleich eine Nacht nachgebucht. Wunderschöner Ausblick, ruhige Umgebung. Sehr netter Kontakt und toller Roller der uns bereit gestellt wurde! Sehr empfehlenswert!
