Great place if you’re looking for solitude. Close to beach. You can borrow boards of many types and surf every day. Owner and locals are very friendly and helpful!

Putu was a friendly host, he took us to his warung and showed us a beautiful view point with views over the hills and temples. The place was quiet in nature and had a nice garden. It was a nice stop-over while visiting the temple of Besakih.

Rondy was very polite and he introduced himself on the first day we arrived. He would always greet us whenever we would come by and also the staff would do the same. The place itself was a paradise and couldn't have been more perfect! It was situated along the beach line where you could stroll whenever and also watch the sunset. There was a lovely pool heated by the sun! The pool was in a perfect place. We stayed throughout xmas and new year and the staff of Puri Dajuma did everything to make the day feel special. It was also my Dad's 50th bday and the staff arranged flowers on the bed as well as a cake that was delivered by Rondy and 2 other employees. We would like to say thankyou to Rondy and his team to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

lokasi.dekat dengan pantai lovina, bisa jalan kaki, cma kalau malam hari penerangan jalan menuju villa agak kurang tapi sangat terbantu dengan komunikasi dari pemilik villa. untuk peralatan masak dan lain lain juga lengkap. namun memang kondisi villa agak sedikit kurang terawat namun tidak mengurangi kebersihan villa sama sekali, penjaga villa juga sangat membantu

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

The view from where I stayed was amazing, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view of the lush green trees. Tom was very helpful with everything, assisting me with all my needs. He also took me to a few places I hadn’t seen yet, offering to show me around. I had a great time. If I didn’t need to head to Seminyak for the things I had planned, I would have extended my stay there. I’m definitely thinking about going back. Thanks for everything!

Such a lovely stay, with views of the rice fields. The accommodation was beautiful and a short Gojek drive to the restaurants and centre. The management service was exceptional. Very responsive and helpful concierge service who even helped us organise an excursion. Couldn’t fault them at all. If you’re planning on checking out early make sure to let them know in advance to make sure someone is there. Definitely recommend this stay.

I love this area. And Jay’s place is an ideal place to aces all north Bali. Super affordable compared to many around . Nice location to restaurants. Super responsive and helpful eager to please host. He’s a really genuine good guy and will help with anything you have any plans to do and will help arrange . I loved both the private pool and shared pools . Really rate staying here for short or long stay very highly

Traumhafte Unterkunft, so etwas sollte man mindestens einmal erlebt haben! Mein Freund und ich haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Wir wurden mit einem süßen balinesischen Snack und Willkommensgetränk herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank !

Balayımız için Bali'deki ilk durağımızdı. Bir Türk olarak öncelikle temizlik konusunda şahane olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Hiçbir problem yaşamadık, son derece temizdi, düzenliydi. Ubud'dan sonra Seminyak'ta 3 yerde daha konakladım ve konaklama noktalarım arasında en iyisi burasıydı. Tamamen fotoğraflardaki gibi hiçbir yanıltmaca yok. Pande ve ailesi son derece ilgili, sevimli, güleryüzlü ve kibarlar. Her konuda çokça yardımcı oldular. Yine geleceğim ve yine burada kalacağım. Herkese tavsiye ederim. 💙

Was für ein Paradies! Es war genau so, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Villa und Garten sind unglaublich hübsch und wahnsinnig gut gepflegt. Kadek, Gärtner und Seele des Hauses, war unfassbar zuvorkommend und hat uns geholfen, alle wichtigen Erledigungen zu machen. Auch beim Besuch des Morgenmarktes war er sehr hilfreich, da er als Einheimischer bessere Preise aushandeln konnte. Dafür muss man übrigens früh aufstehen, er geht nur bis acht. Besonders toll: Kadek und seine Frau haben uns zu einer traditionellen Tempelzeremonie mitgenommen. Das Essen in den umliegenden Resorts, vor allem im Shambala war fantastisch und sehr günstig. Aber auch für die Selbstversorgung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer wie aus 1001 Nacht. Ilhu ist wahrlich eine Perle und kam jeden Morgen für eine äußerst gründliche Reinigung und der Fahrer Gede ist zuverlässig und hat uns sicher überall hingebracht. Besser hätten wir es uns wirklich nicht vorstellen können!

# Amazing Stay at This Cozy Villa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This villa exceeded all our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, the warm and homie atmosphere was immediately apparent with beautiful wooden accents and thoughtful interior design that made us feel instantly comfortable. The location provides naturally cool and refreshing air throughout the day, eliminating any need for air conditioning as gentle breezes flow through the large windows. What impressed us most was how completely equipped everything was - the modern kitchen had all necessary appliances, spacious living area with comfortable sofas, incredibly cozy bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with excellent hot water, reliable WiFi, and even a charming outdoor garden area perfect for relaxation. The host paid attention to every small detail that made a big difference, from welcome snacks and complimentary coffee/tea to quality toiletries and fluffy towels.

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

I had the honour to meet the host twice and he was personally very kind, articulate, and hospitable. From arrival to departure, I was well taken care of and felt safe to take walks at night alone. The north part of the island is charming and you can truly experience the more local side of Bali. The sunset view from the outside deck or the nearby beach was stunning; colours that will persist in my memory. Because of the remote location, I relied heavily on the staff for transport via scooter since I did not possess a valid IDP. From shopping for the essentials to money exchange to allowing me to learn how to operate a scooter, I was very fortunate to be around not only good company but reliable and respectful brothers and sisters who I can call my friends. The villa offers an escape from the city lights and traffic where the starry night sky illuminates the darkness and the scent of petrichor linger before the rains. Modernly designed, featuring a pool and 5-star staff!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The place is better than pictures and Bayu’s hospitality was simply the best we have experienced. They were very proactive in communication and friendly, he recommended local food and massage spots - all were top tier. This airbnb was the highlight of our trip, its located in a cute village with a stream flowing right behind our room - far away from the crowds and traffic in Bali. The cafe nearby was pretty good too, one of the nicer vegan meals we had during our week long stay in Bali. Hope to be back soon. Highly recommend Bayu’s place for the most authentic experience in Bali.
