We booked this very last minute however we really enjoyed the stay! Host was very responsive and accommodated us despite the very very short notice! Beautiful view from the balcony with natural lighting and it made us feel just right at home and comfortable! Location is near malls as well as street food! Even taking a ride to central of Georgetown is just 15mins away which is decent! Highly recommend!!

Very responsive host. Check in instructions are clear. Beautiful surroundings, a lot of restaurant. Comfortable bed, water pressure is good. Furniture wear and tear. Good place to stay.

The host was very friendly and understanding. This is my second time booking this house because my family truly enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this place for large families planning to have a gathering or spend quality time together. The space is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained — definitely a great choice for group stays.

Nice to stay and everythings good.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

From the moment we booked, CJ made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free, promptly answering any questions and going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The only downside was that a broken door handle in the kitchen we reported during our stay wasn’t fixed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it didn’t detract too much from our experience. Saya sangat menikmati menginap di kamar ini. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi di aplikasi. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tersedia air minum, handuk bersih, dan fasilitas lainnya sangat membantu selama saya tinggal. Lokasinya juga strategis — dekat dengan pusat kota, tempat makan, dan transportasi umum. Host sangat ramah dan responsif, memberikan petunjuk check-in yang jelas dan cepat tanggap terhadap pertanyaan saya. Suasana lingkungan juga tenang dan aman. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa pun yang mencari penginapan nyaman dengan harga terjangkau. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi jika berkunjung ke area ini!

Wonderful place to stay. In love with the balcony view as it faces the sea. Windy and nice. Nearby to many local food shops. The host was responsive. Will definitely repeat the stay again.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
