Hotel holiday rentals in Budva

Predivni ljudi i gostoprimljivi.Apartman kao na slikama,terasa predivna.Plaza je na 15/20min. a usput prelepa setnjica gradom. Mi smo prezadovoljni apartmanom i gostoprimstvom.

Проживали с мужем в данных апартаментах в период с 12 по 21 сентября. Для нас заранее оформили трансфер, поэтому с аэропорта Тивата добрались за 15-20 минут. Стоит отметить удобное расположение апартаментов. В шаговой доступности находится несколько продуктовых магазинов (4 штуки), автобусная остановка (в Будву или же в сторону Бара). Также удобно для тех, кто будет заказывать экскурсии, остановка по названию отеля Bella Vista. Рядом также находится пляж. Пешком минут 7-10 идти до него. Для нас совсем не составляло труда спускаться и подниматься к дому. До Старого города Будвы мы также ходили пешком. Впринципе весь отдых прошел у нас очень активно, вставали рано, надеюсь, никого не будили). Что касается непосредственно апартаментов, то в них есть совершенно все для комфортного проживания: 1. Кухня (посуды в наличии очень много; также дополнительно на большой террасе есть еще приборы, тарелки, кастрюли);есть мини-плита и холодильник (чайника нет, но вскипятить воду в кастрюльке не составляло труда); 2. душ (фена нет, но я всегда беру с собой очень компактный дорожный фен, который меня выручает); 3. балкон (очень приятно сидеть вечером, когда не так жарко; или встречать там котика, который каждый вечер заходил к нам в гости)); 4. Терраса на третьем этаже с шикарнейшим видом. Там очень приятно находиться. Есть телевизор и стиральная машинка. Что касается комнаты, то в ней три кровати, 2 тумбочки со светильниками и большой шкаф, есть кондиционер (он частенько нас спасал, так как иногда было очень душно). Также есть wi-fi !! Саязь была очень хорошей. Хотелось бы отдельно поблагодарить хозяина апартаментов Юрия! Очень гостеприимный человек. Угощал нас виноградом со своего участка. Вообще очень приятно видеть на балконе растущие гроздья винограда и киви. В общем, очень были довольны, вернемся сюда еще раз обязательно! Спасибо большое!

Отдыхали в августе 2019. Расположение понравилось: свежий горный воздух и около 15 минут до моря. В пешей доступности Будва и Свети-Стефан. Доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Неподалеку есть магазины, рестораны и кафе, пекарня. В округе несколько пляжей, на разный вкус. Номер достаточно просторный, хорошие кровати, балкон со столиком.

The Apartment is at the center of Budva. The location is perfect. Flat is very clean and comfartable.There is a parking area in front of the hotel. Even it is located near by the street it was very quiet. The bed is comfartable. Kitchen is enough to cook. All receptionists are very friendly and nice people. Thanks for all.

Отдыхали с 7 по 21 июля 2017. Великолепные апартаменты! И это не просто апартаменты, а полноценный апарт-отель с шикарным бассейном с панорамным видом на побережье, уборкой, сменой белья и возможностью завтракать, обедать и ужинать, не покидая охраняемую благоустроенную территорию. Все заявленное соответствуют реальности! Фото и сайт позволяют не ошибиться с выбором, все очень логично и понятно. Радушные хозяева настолько заинтересованы в приятном отдыхе гостей, что сами вовлечены в процесс управления отелем и готовы общаться лично с гостями для улучшения сервиса! Нельзя не упомянуть о приятных бонусах в виде раннего заезда и позднего выезда при свободности номера, как было в нашем случае. Ну и welcome drink от хозяев:) Приятные девушки на ресепшн могут помочь с трансфером, такси, рента каром, если необходимо. А нам повезло, трансфер в Тиват нам предоставила Оксана - менеджер отеля - лично отвезла нас в аэропорт на своём авто:) До моря с - рукой подать (ходили практически ежедневно с 2 детьми 4 и 9 лет). Один из лучших пляжей для отдыха с детьми. Вечерний променад по набережной до Будвы или Рафаиловичей. Рядом парк Милочер. Много приличных ресторанов в пешей доступности. В общем оптимальное решение - все рядом, но нет такой толчеи, как на пляже в Будве! Отдых удался!!! Огромное спасибо хозяевам и персоналу отеля! Ну и конечно радушным сербам!

Murat bey saygılı güleryüzlü biriydi. Wifi sorunu vardı onu da halledebileceğini bildirdi. Biz kendimiz istemedik yeterli internetimiz vardı.

Palazzo Sbutega hotel is a wonderful peaceful and comfortable place to stay just a short drive from Kotor. Nigel the host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Myself and my partner felt very welcome and we made use of the lounge and also the wonderful garden and the pool. We felt so at home! There is also a very tasty breakfast with homemade granola and locally made jam and honey, this was also an opportunity to meet the other guests and share tips about the local area. The location is beautiful, right on the water front where you can have a swim in the sea or catch one of the boat tours. There are also scenic local walks from the hotel as well as being within easy reach of Kotor or a short bus ride to Tivat. Nigel and his team offered helpful suggestions around restaurants and also tours and we would highly recommend the wine tasting in a family run vineyard. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Gastgeber empfang uns sehr freundlich und wir durften das Zimmer schon eine Stunde vor Check-In beziehen. Der Ausblick über die Küste ist von der Poolterasse aus absolut phänomenal. Unsere Betten wurden jeden Tag von der Reinigungskraft neu gebettet und alles Schmutzige aufgeräumt. Lediglich der Weg von der Unterkunft bis nach Sveti Stefan gestaltete sich zu Fuß schwierig, da kein Fußweg existiert. Also lieber nur mit Auto oder Taxi fortbewegen, ansonsten kann es auf dem Highwigh zu Fuß wirklich gefährlich werden. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We have been looking for a place to unwind - and it did not disappoint. The view is great, the rooms exceptional clean, the place quiet, the WIFI fast and the AC cold. It is close to the bigger cities if you like to take a bus or taxi. A cute little fishing village is a short walk away and this year the beaches have not been crowded! Extra bonus point: I got a cold and the host explained to me what local medication I should take to get better soon. We will defiantly come back!

we stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice apartment and perfect location, just a 5-10 minute to the coast and a lot of amenities. Pool and rooftop area also a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend to anybody going to Budva and would book again if we were to return

Besten Dank für alles! Die Kommunikation mit Natalie war perfekt, Alexej der vor Ort sich um alles kümmert war sehr hilfsbereit, der ältere Herr der teilweise half beim Übersetzen war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist SEHR sauber! Im Zimmer hat es sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der Strand ist knappe 5min entfernt, die umliegenden Restaurants und Bäckerei ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier :) Danke für alles und ihnen alles Gute! Ah und der Pool ist auch makellos, perfekt für einen kleinen Schwumm bevor der Tag startet. Viele Grüsse Yasmin & Sandro

Apartman Tre Cannes otelin içinde 1+1 bir daire. Konumu çok iyi Old Town a yürüme mesafesi. Civarında çok sayıda market var, size tavsiyem Voli market çok iyi! Ev temizdi, herşey güzeldi. Beni bu konaklamada tek üzen şey ev sahibiyle resepsiyonda buluşmak için anlaşmıştık biraz geç kalınca otelin önünde arabayla bekleyen eşime polis hemen ceza yazmış. Yabancı bir ülkede polisle muhatap olmak hele ki ingilizce bilmeyen ortak dil konuşamadığımız bir polisle! İşte bu gerçekten can sıkıcıydı ve maddi olarak da bizi zarara soktu bu durum. Ama daire gerçekten güzeldi. Kapalı otopark imkanı oluşu da çok iyi. Fakat bir daha Budva ya gelsem asla araba kiralamam burda trafik , kurallar , yollar berbat .. Konaklama için Lux a teşekkür ediyorum , buzdolabındaki minik alkol ikramları da güzel bir karşılamaydı.

Her konuda bize sonsuz yardımcı oldular eksik birkaç nokta vardı ama hepsini hallettik hemen. Tavsiye ederim.

we had a great experience staying at this apartment for 1 night. The room is absolutely wonderful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is better to stay at this place if you go by car, but we did it even without car. the beaches which by car will be 10 minutes from the place are amazing. Just please buy teapot and soap for your guests! Thank you!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We felt right at home in this cozy, peaceful, and cat-filled villa. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and even gave my friend a gift for her birthday 🥺 We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a couple of days before we flew out of Montenegro so just needed a place to relax. The apartment is part of a the hotel so you have access to breakfast which was included and the pool. The hotel itself is nice and clean with a good pool area and 5-10 minutes walk to beach and restaurants.

The place has such a great energy! The room is clean, bright, great shower and balcony! Love the women who take care of it and made my stay really pleasant! Will definitely come back!!

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)

Such a hidden gem! Pasha is exactly the place I’d recommend to any of my friends and family. Very clean amenities and brand new interior. The building is extremely clean and the rooms are modern and chic. It was a quick 6 min walk to the old town and felt very safe. There are many close restaurants and cafes nearby as well as pharmacies if needed! Highly recommend and will be back soon!
